Customer service is amazing!

Smells funny. Musty. tried putting it in baking soda for a day, and put it in vinegar. Still smells. Can't wear it. UPDATE - as soon as the company saw my lower review, they immediately contacted me and sent a replacement, which arrived in 2 days. The replacement is just what I wanted and i love it. There is no musty smell. Must have been a fluke.

Disappointed....

I really like the look of the bracelet, however, one of snaps was not pressed into place. Therefore, it just fell out the package. Disappointed that the quality of the item isn’t there. **UPDATE: Seller replaced the bracelet and we are very happy with the second one! Thank you!

Great item...

I am so glad I purchased this bracelet. I purchased it for my teenage daughter who had become so accustomed to wearing a hair tie/scrunchy on her wrist that she felt odd without them. I hated the look of the hair ties on her constantly so we compromised with this wrap/cuff bracelet. It is exactly as pictured. She liked it a lot and we are now rid of the worn-out hair tie “bracelets”. Yippee! The only thing of note is that it was a little stiff and chafing for the first week or so, and also, one of the snaps is broken. The snap isn’t really of consequence since there are others that hold it on well so I didn’t try to exchange or return it. She has worn it 24/7 since Christmas Day (today is February 7th) and it has held up beautifully.

Wen I purchased this i was unsure how the quality would be for the price. I read many reviews and decided I would give this a chance, besides it is cheep so if I didn't like it, it wouldn't have been too much of a hit to the pocket. But it turned out to be much better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to see such great quality for a for a fraction of the competitors. I read a lot of the reviews and many complained about the smell, but what I found is that it smells of quality leather. It's a pleasant smell to me. I also read that it can be a bit stiff. I bought both the black one and the brown one. The black was a touch stiff but after wearing it the first day the stiffness is all but gone. The brown was soft already. I think the black was probably a bit stiff from the dye. The snaps are okay. They are easily taken apart but not to a point that it would come open on its own. I have a bit of a thick wrist and was confused about the size. What I didn't realize ( but should have) is that it wraps around the wrist twice. I still have room and I could snap it tighter but I like it loose. It might be a bit big for a small wrist, but comfortable for a large wrist. I love this and wear it every day. Over all I am extremely satisfied with this product. I had thought high price meant quality, but in this case, I'm glad I was wrong.

Love this bracelet. Have already received compliments on it. At first it was rather stiff but the more it is worn, the more supple it becomes.

Very nice bracelet but as some of the reviews have noted it is very hard. In the beginning it was hard to bend to wear but after a while it relaxes a bit but still retains the shape, considering it is thick leather piece this is very good bracelet. My wrist is a bit small so I wear the bracelet on the smallest setting and I think it looks good also it matches the color of my watch band. It may not be everyone’s liking but I definitely like it.

UPDATE:since posting this review, the company contacted me and offered a replacement or refund. Wow! A company that not only reached out to me based on a review, but also stood behind their product and took care of their customer! That is huge for me. I will be a customer for life now. Given as a Christmas gift, my son has worn this off and on when we go places (not an everyday wear). I loved that it was leather, and expected durability. The lace that holds the decorative leather pieces on, broke in less than 3 months (without continual wear). There isn't enough strap for us to be able to tie or fix it... disappointed.

I love this. I wear it daily. Comfortable and good quality. The scent others mention in their reviews - in my experience - it's the smell of leather. It fades a bit as you wear it but I will remain relatively potent, as it's genuine leather.

Wrist size was perfect tho.
