Awesome bento box awesome customer service

I absolutely love these bento boxes. I have been using the smaller size for a good three years now and decided to get the bigger bento box since my daughter needed a larger portion size. My daughter had been pretty careless with the hinge of the bento and it broke, however, Customer service has been absolutely amazing. I gave them a call... the number that they send you after you receive your item. I didn’t have to wait at all, talk to a very nice woman,Erica, who said absolutely no problem, we will just refund your money or we could send you a new one right away. It is so wonderful when people stand by their product and have amazing customer service. Thank you so much!

Excited to try new and improved

We just replaced our older bentgo fresh lunch box ( bought in Oct 2018). Though the old one leaked a bit and the hinges broke after using it everyday for school we are excited for this new one. We called customer service and they explained to me that this one was made with better plastic so that should take care of our concern.

Works well.

I love the 3 compartments. You can fit a full size sandwich in one, and a fruit and veggie in the other 2. No muss, no fuss. Easily cleaned in soap and water. Don't put the outer part in the dishwasher. No issues with leaks.

Leakproof, great customer service!

We have used Bentgo products for several years, starting with the smaller bentgo Kids boxes and upgrading to this bentgo Fresh box as my daughter got older. We have never had issues with leakage (you must hand wash the outer shell to maintain the leakproof seal). My daughter somehow lost the removable divider from the box the second time she used it, but Bentgo is sending us a couple new dividers. Their customer service is top notch.

Perfect for school lunch

This is great for my 12 year old's school lunch. Large enough capacity to fit a variety of foods in it. You have to cut the sandwich in half to make it fit, but that doesn't bother us. It has room for a whole sandwich, and 3 sides! An entire yogurt cup fits in one and never leaks. It also has not warped in the dishwasher which is a great. Very durable. I use the Bentgo Kid's for my younger child, which is just as great. And, I love that it's great for the environment! Reuse, recycle!

Great Bento Box

Bought this for my husband to bring lunch to work. So far, it's been great. It is so easy to clean and feels so sturdy. And you can easily take out the tray to put in microwave. I like the separate compartments so lunch is not just one big mess. It is rather large but he eats a lot so it suits him just perfect! Thumbs up!

Great product, Even Better Customer Service

My kids love these boxes. They are a great size for their growing lunches and we have never had a leaking issue. One of our boxes (old design) did have an issue with broken hinges but Bentgo customer service took care of the issue under warranty. It was quick and easy to get a replacement.

Good size for our five year old

Bought this for my five year old who is starting kindergarten and needs to take lunch for her camps this summer. Figured we would test this out before the actual school year. The size of the compartments seem big enough for her appetite. It also fits the lunchbox we chose (PACKIT Freezable Lunch Bag). The first shipment, I only received the tray inside, but Amazon quickly sent another one out and it was complete. Sending back the other tray. My daughter was able to open and close it without a problem. Can't comment on leakage or ease of cleaning until we use it. Will update after some use.

Fantastic for healthy lunches!

Great lunchbox for packing a healthy lunch, esp for a toddler. Her mother’s day out teachers like it since they flip latches and all of her food is ready in front of her. Latches broke and had great customer service in replacing quickly!! Easily big enough for adult lunches too

Quality Products, Quality Company.

We have been using the Bentgo Fresh (and Bentgo kids) for years, and absolutely love these products. My kids have toted them back and forth to school since PK3 and love bringing lunch from home. They are easy to clean, durable, and don't leak. They also have a great 2 year warranty which I like considering ours are used by 3 little ones with slippery fingers ;) My son dropped his bentgo fresh at lunch time and cracked the tray (case was fine!) and a quick call to customer service and a warranty replacement sent right out! (Thank you Erika!) I will continue to purchase from this company - they really stand behind their products, which can be hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this company and their products to anyone looking to make and take healthy meals for themselves and their families!
