Good ball holds air for long

I bought this yoga ball to do chakrasan which helps you to straighten your back. After sitting in office chair for all day my back used to hurt so everyday after coming back from office I use it and sleep on it facing my back which bends it in opposite direction and provides me relief. It also comes with inflator and you can easily fill air. The rubber is well built and the ball loses only a small amount of air over the weeks.

Pumps up well, great ball.

Arrived yesterday. Followed instructions and pumped it up 80%, left for 24hrs, then pumped up to 100%, it’s definitely the right size. Pump included a little flimsy, but it does do the job perfectly. Good for workouts if you ever need to

Several yoga balls that I bought from a while ago all broke due to my weight pushing down, but this didn't have a problen with it at all. In fact, this ball is very elastic and bouncy as well, which you can do all kinds of workout with it

Good price, thick yoga ball

My last yoga ball deflated and I couldnt inflate it back in. Did not want to spend a lot on a good yoga ball, but I found this one satisfy my needs. It comes with a very thick yoga ball (75cm in diameter) and a manual pump ( by using your feet to step on it). I pumped it within 5mins. For the price, it is a good purchase.

Good ball

This is as good as any yoga ball! It fills with air, it expands, and it bounces. It's only the more smooth, sticky texture if that's what you're looking for. It comes with a pump which is pretty clutch. There's not much else to really say. Good product!

Just what I needed and in perfect condition

It seems perfect for me. The quality seems very good - although I haven’t tried it more than once yet. It was super easy to inflate. I followed advice from a friend who mentioned its better to only pump it 80-90% and leave it overnight before finishing. Removing the plug the next day to inflate the rest of it was not difficult at all. I had no problems at all. The pump works really well. It took me several min to pump it full. I’m very happy with the purchase.

A great yoga tool

I was super heavy weight, had back problems and has a bad posture. After i biught this yoga ball, i started crunching on this and also did other core building exercises. I could see good changes in me in more than a week after using this ball. I have started losing weight, have good body balance and feel more stable.

Throw out your chair!

I got rid of my chair and honestly this has made my upper back pain go away. I am a student and mom and I'm online all the time with homework and I would be so stiff and in so much pain. This small change of getting rid of my chair which was comfy and making myself sit on this ball has done more for my back then a year of physical therapy. I can't praise this enough and it works great for my 4 year old who has sensory processing disorder it's one of the suggested Proprioceptive Activities suggested for high energy sensory seeking kids. Feels like the thick heavy duty yoga balls at the gym.

Exactly what I was looking for. I am really impressed with this yoga ball. I wish it came in a small size for my wife because this one is far superior to the one she uses. Like any quality yoga ball, you definitely want to pump it up to good pressure, let it sit overnight and then add pressure. I like the seal on this one better too. This is not some flimsy home model, it has the look and feel of an industrial gym model. I don't think I could find a nicer yoga ball at 3x the price. Seriously.

No smell. Pretty color.

This is my first exercise yoga ball. I did a ton of research reading reviews and materials information and my goal was safety and no smell!! I'm happy to report there is no odor whatsoever. none. The material is very aesthetically pleasing in the blue color. I have been bouncing vigorously at my desk now for hours. It came with plugs and the plug remover. I wanted a ball that would be a good fit for my frame and the types of exercises I want to focus on. I am 5' 3" and medium build. The 55 cm is perfect for working the core, back and leg muscles, as well as doing modified pushups. It took some time to understand how the pump work but once I figured out, it works perfectly. The ball retains good pressure after being inflated. I like the heavy-duty construction of the ball and appreciate the fact that it does not have a strong synthetic odor.
