Good product

Wanted to return it because I could not get it to work. Called customer service and they were very helpful. Got it working quickly and I love it. I can watch, hear and talk to my babies when I am away from home.

Highly recommend

I bought this as a tool to help desensitize my dog who has extreme separation anxiety. I received it today and within about 5 minutes including unpacking, was able to treat my dog, film my dog, and talk with my dog, via wifi and via mobile data. Set-up was extremely fast and easy. I was a bit reluctant about spending so much for a pet camera, but when it arrived I instantly could tell that this isn't some cheap gimicky thing. Very high quality product, works very well and the picture quality is better than I had anticipated. My dog is deaf, but she still manages to find the treats shortly after the DOGNESS shoots one out. Great product! Highly recommend!

Wonderful

I caught my my puppy pee on my coach 😅😅😅frist time using camera like this! I have too say, it’s so fun. The camera itself dose its job well, but a little bit of difficulty for me to install and connect to my phone, be to got a new iPhone, and I did know how to do with it. So I had my boyfriend helped me. He took like less then 15 minutes. I love being able to watch my Yorkie, I work too much. And I’m very concerned that if he’s okay with my dg sitter. And also it’s fun too watch him doing bad things. Like pee on the carpet my sofa.....!!!!

My favorite!

This is by far, my favorite pet product to date. Yes, it's spendy, but well worth it! I bought this because my dog was having seizures and I couldn't keep track of them for my vet while I was at work - now that her seizures are treated, I love to just watch her anytime I'm not home. I have a Tabby Cat and smalldog - who I can see them both with this camera. I love watching them, talking to them and giving her treats from work! Plus, the night version works well.

Love the camera and 2-way audio

I love DOGNESS! Set-up was quick and easy, and the video/audio quality is amazing. I mainly just use the camera and sound to monitor him，I can choose to talk or listen to my puppy, as long as I click on the voice icon on my phone. way better than other pet cameras I've tried (yes, I've tried a few)! The wide angle lets me see the entire room at once. The app is perfect for checking up on our beloved dog when we're at work, traveling, waiting in line at the supermarket... basically any time : It's worked perfectly everywhere I've tried it! The product is really well-made, and the sleek design fits right into our decor. I mainly just use the camera and sound to monitor him, I can choose to talk or listen to my puppy, as long as I click on the voice icon my phone.

Never left my dog

When I left home to work, my dog (son) who stayed at home was very unhappy,he wanted to be with me all the time, but I could not take him to work. Since I have a DOGNESS dog camera, I have never left my dog. Whenever work spare time, I open the DOGNESS APP and call his name to talk to him, throwing his favorite food to him. Playing with him, he is very happy, he can feel that I have never been away from him. The DOGNESS pet camera is a good treatment dispenser.

Cat love it also!

I was really excited to get my DOGNESS and start "communicating" with my cat.my cat really loved it. The HD camera is great and the sound is nice and crisp. The treat tossing feature was what I was most excited about and it works great. When you are not at home, you can open the app to watch the pets anytime and anywhere,play with them. camera only connects to 2.4 GHz wireless networks. If you have a poor signal on your 2.4 GHz wifi, you might have issues.I initially had some issues with the setup and their customer service was very helpful and prompt in to troubleshooting and fixing my issues. Benefit: The camera's cable is long enough (3 meters) and I can freely mount the cat camera anywhere. The cable is reinforced with copper wire to prevent pets from biting the electric leakage and to protect your pet. The camera base has a suction cup. As long as the camera is placed on a table or on the floor, it can be fixed and not easily knocked down. There is no need to worry about the camera being knocked down by a pet. The natural bamboo cover is more environmentally friendly and has a rubber ring around the lid for better sealing and prevents the baby from opening the lid. Dsiadvantage: The distance of feeding is not far, about 1 meter, and the pets in the distance can't reach the food.

Happy with DOGNESS!

We are so happy with our new DOGNESS! Setup was super simple - all you need is home wi-fi, the DOGNESS phone app, and data/wi-fi connection from your phone. We love the built-in camera so that we can quickly check-in on our dogs and see what they're up to while we're away at work. They hate being left at home so the DOGNESS makes it more enjoyable for them and we don't feel as bad. We can even talk to them through the speaker and they actually hear us! If they're being good or are distressed, we reward or calm them down by tossing some treats. With a swipe of your finger in the app, the DOGNESS makes a cute sound and spits out a treat. Now, every time they hear this sound, the pups perk up and get excited for their treats. Waiting for us to toss him a treat.

Nice quality

I would rate this a perfect 10 if it was possible! The product itself is amazing and perfect for us that worry about our pet when we leave the house. I can see what they are up to anywhere I go whenever I want. When it's pitch black it has a night vision camera so you can still see them. my dog who love this thing so far. I’m a tad bit concerned about happy, because she’s a little too intrigued by it lol. She already tried to stick her paw in the treat hole. It was very easy to set up also. I used small dog treats and a small handful shoots out on delivery which is perfect for them.. My baby even sleeps next to it hoping something will drop out of it️. If anyone reading this worries about your pets while away then trust me you want this!
