Impressive french cookie pans.

I had a metal Madeleine pan that was hard to clean and release the cookies after cooking. Ordered these pans to get the cookies to cook well and release easily. Did a great job. Needed two for the quantity of receipe to make. Was recommended by the writer of the receipe.
