Great upgrade model

This robot cleaner is an upgrade from my iRobot that I have used for 4 years. The price in at least 60 percent less for the features it provide such as mobile app, upgraded suction, smart navigation and more. I have used it for three days in a and my hard wood floor is clear clean, compared to full of messy cat hair before. An acceptable upgrade and good buy.

Very efficient and smart!

This little guy is so awesome! It saves me so much time and I use it constantly. We just recently moved into a house with all tile floors throughout, and with having dogs that constantly shed and track in dirt I just couldn't keep up. I turn it on once or twice a day and it picks up so much dirt and hair. I can't express enough how much I love it! I noticed people complaining that it gets caught up on things in their house and doesn't clean deep enough. If constantly leave clutter scattered then don't bother getting this machine, It's not a magic do it all robot that will clean your house when you feel lazy. It's specifically made to vacuum and it does that one job very well. As far as the mop attachment goes, it's not amazing. It's more of a supplemental tool that will help in between mopping to pick up a little dirt. It's not a deep scrubber or detailer etc. Overall I love this product and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Good cleaning aid

Very impressed at how this little guy is working! Goes from hardwood floors to light piled carpets with no problem. We have a Shitzu dog who at first followed this around but then totally ignores. Seems to be picking up well too. Only problem we are having is syncing with phone but I move vacuum on my on when I need too. Over all very pleased with the product.

Quiet, strong, doesn’t hit walls

Got this for my family! This robot is more quiet than The iRobot, and it get the job done nicely! I have hardwood floor with area rugs with fringe and it doesn’t stuck at the fridge. Moreover, some thresholds between the rooms are quite steep, and it went over those with no problem. As the first time user of this brand, I am happy with the result at such affordable price. If it happens to get stuck at some unavoidable places (wires, thin objects), the most it had was stayed still at the areas for a while and eventually get away by itself. I have pets at home, and it vacuums all kinds of furs and hairs. It saved my time and headache from constantly cleaning up their furs. It also allow me not having to sweep or vacuum at least a few times per week.

Never thought my home can be so dirty

Before I got this robot vacuum, I could never imagine my house to be so dirty. I usually just sweep and mop the house once per week and by the look of eyes, it seems pretty clean. I got this vacuum thinking to be lazy and save some work. Upon the first hour of cleaning, I found the dust box to be full of dirt and dust. Just WOW because I just cleaned the house two days ago. Now I am glad I got this vacuum to clean while I am lazy and the large dust box comes in really handy, not having to clean every so often.

Working as expectation

I got this robot because of its value providing the good price along with smart app features and etc. Having read some of the reviews, there might be problem with the battery, stating it will work for a bit and stopped, I was a bit worried at first. Upon reading the instructions and doing some testing, it seems to work great, just make sure it is charged properly and removing the sensor blocker(I asked the customer service). But anyways it does a tremendous job on the hard floors and okay for carpets, as mentioned it wasn't for anything more than low pile carpet. It picked up all the shedded hair from my dog. I am pleasantly surprised that it is quite a good investment compared to my previous one, which is double the price.

Above My Expectations

Honestly, I thought this was either going to be a win or a loss. It has turned out to be a win win. We have three animals who shed like crazy. We could sweep two times a day and still have the same amount of hair swept up. But with the robot, we hardly notice any hair on the floors. We have noticed that she traps herself in if doors that are not secure but other than that, it is just AWESOME!

Good for cleaning the pet hair and dust in corner.

If you have a dog which sheds a lot, this robotic vacuum machine is your best friend then. It’s too much work to sweep the floor often especially when you are busy. With this machine, you just need to turn it on with either phone or the button on the machine, and it will do its work perfectly. You don’t need to worry about sweeping the floor anymore. I want to mention what I really like about this machine: 1, it’s easy to set up; 2, it can clean the floor really well because it runs back and forth to make sure no area is missing; 3, it can even clean the corner that I usually missed. With this little friend, no worry about that; 4, it has some noise, but it’s acceptable. It’s vacuum, you can’t expect it to be super quiet; 5, it’s very smart, because it can go back to charging station by itself without your help. I really enjoy this feature. 6, it works long enough after each charge, so I guess the battery life is pretty good. After talking about what I really like, I would like to mention something that we need to keep an eye on when it’s working: 1, you need to make sure there’s no messy wires on the floor where the little machine can reach, because it can get stuck. Therefore, you need to be careful about that. I forgot to organize the wires before I used it, so it got stuck. Luckily, I found it and took care of it; 2, sometimes, it can get stuck on the higher place like going to a different room with not even space, so you need to watch that. I have been using it for a week now, and I haven’t found something that is a really concern for me. I will keep it updated.
