It's great, but...

A six year old and eight year old girl used this mat the other day and loved it. They are pretty artistic and energetic and quickly figured out that water made the colors appear through the mat. So after exhausting the "doodling" and "stenciling" and "stamping" (with the tiny little stamps, which I kind of thought were a waste and were actually pretty quickly ignored by the kids) they decided to just get the entire mat wet and see what happened. What happened was that they had a large rainbow, but, being kids, they didn't understand that they would have to wait for the mat to dry before they could use it again. And since they had pretty much soaked it thoroughly, they had a reeeeeealllllly long wait. Which they did not like. So there was a life lesson on actions and consquences, which was pretty cool for me, not so much for them, so I might caution others to keep an eye on the "let's soak the whole mat" thing. Otherwise, they loved it.

Very clean and safe for kids

This magic mat is so good for my 18 month daughter, she really love painting or drawing something even nobody know what is that. This mat just use water to coloring, I don’t need worry about my daughter put the water pen into her mouth, also drawing on her clothes. Very clean. Even my 7 years old son love to drawing on it~~

Lots of fun!

My two year old loves playing with this (and mommy may as well!) The shape cutouts and small stamps are great for little ones. The pens are easy to fill with water and don’t seem to leak if you close them correctly. Lots of mess free fun!

big doodle magic mat

I bought this for my daughter, she loves drawing, before I have hard time cause sometimes she draw to my walls, so I just thinking buy something bigger to draw and I decided to buy this. This is much bigger than I thought, more bigger and taller than my daughter. so Its perfect, she can draw it with her friend without worry of mess. U just used the water, I put on the floor for right now, so she can turn anywhere to draw, it seems she too excited with that. I will hang to the wall but not now cause she still excited on floor turn her body around to draw. A lot of colors and accessories so enough for right now.

good product for draw

My girls love it very much. I am very satisfied too.I bought this water drawing mat this time.Before Every time childrens drawing. they made the house so dirty. I have to clean it up. And the smallest baby also put the brush to bite. It was really annoying me... so I didn't dare to buy this type of toy for a long time...I tried to buy this one this time. It doesn't use any paint, it just draws with water, and it doesn't get dirty. At the beginning, came out different colors, but after she made every wet, it came out a rainbow. They enjoyed it.

My daughter loves it but the reviews don’t do it justice.

WOW! I got this for my almost 2 year old. She absolutely loves it. She played with it for 4 hours yesterday. Only thing that I disliked was that it doesn’t dry quickly and there was a spot that does not erase which the reviews were right about. Some of these reviews had me so skeptical to purchase this product! I am happy to say it was bigger than I expected because the reviews made me think it was so small. It was rather large. I also was cautious about the pens leaking... the pens don’t leak if you put them on correctly. Make sure the cap is flush to the pen and you won’t have any leakage. If you follow directions and soak the pens in warm water before trying to open them.. they open perfectly. The reviews sometimes are not always correct. Sometimes people don’t have patience.

Aqua magic doodle

My kids love this! & So do I!! They love painting and drawing but always make a mess.. With this you only use water so no mess left to clean up! Awesome!! If something happened to this one I'd definitely buy another! The mat is good size. Can lay flat on the floor or hang on a wall. Plenty big enough for 2-4kids at a time. Comes with a case with 6 stamps, 4 pencils and a paint brush. The paint brush doesn't work to well but the pencils work amazingly well & so do the stamps, also comes with stencils and foam punch outs.

Great for toddlers!

My 18 month old son loves this thing, and so do I! He loves to draw and color, but I can't trust him with markers or crayons yet, so I decided to try this after seeing my nephew's. It dries fast, had a large surface area, comes with a ton of accessories, and best of all- if my son runs off with the markers, I don't have to worry about him drawing all over my walls or furniture (or himself), or putting them in his mouth. He did spill apple juice in it and I didn't notice until it was mostly dry, and I had to rinse it continuously for about 5 minutes with warm water to get it off, and it dried with a little ring that took a few uses to go away. It's a little bulky to suction to anything. Sliding glass windows or a bathtub surround are about the only thing I can think of that it would fit on (it's even too wide for my kitchen appliances), but he is fine using it on the floor.

Great product, great price

This water magic pad is amazing! I bought it for my two children ages 2.5 and 1.5, they both love it! I was so tired of scrubbing a table or floor after letting them use art supplies. I was tired of the extra bath after parts and crafts. This is perfect! I put the pad on the floor for them to sit on (yes my toddler actually sits still for more than 5 seconds now!) And color while I do dishes/clean. They love it, I love it, if anything happens to it I'll buy another. I 100% reccomend. Dont allow sippy cups on it though because those spots "stain" and I had to rinse the pad to get rid of the spots from their spills. I paid $20 for this product and it was definitely worth it.

fun for her, simple for me!

My toddler loves it! She tries to fill in the letters around the border and name them as she goes. (she's two and a half). I use it outside mostly as it's a good lure to get her out of the pool. It lies flat and the backing prevents it from sliding around while she's trying to paint with the brush or draw with the pens provided with the mat. I haven't needed the suction cups yet. She loves to see the colors magically appear as she doodles. I find it holds her interest much longer than crayons or finger paints. So far the mat stays perfectly white when it's dry. I leave it flat until it's clean then roll it up until next time. Best of all there's no paints to replace since you use only water.
