I received a card that didn't work. They have a comprehensive help section on their website but nonthing worked. I contacted the company via the support chat on the website, which is actually linked to their Facebook page, and received a response within a couple of hours. The support staff was extremely helpful and shipped me a replacement card within a day or two free of charge. This worked perfectly. The product works as expected. I would prefer the sound of the card to be louder, since it gets muffled when I put it in my purse. But I have a thick purse so maybe that's why. That said, I have no issues using it because the phone rings as well. And you can set that to as loud as you want it to be.

This product is really nice because if you lost your wallet you can ring it through the app and if you lost your phone then you can ring the phone through the card.

I'm definitely getting more of this for my forgetful friends ! It is so useful to put it in your wallet and if you go too far from it ,your phone will ring . I don't see the need of having the card to ring .Now my phone alerts me when my phone forget my wallet.
