Very pleased that printer was as described and measured precisely to fit in location. The larger digital control is a great convenience. Very pleased with the prints and the pictures.

Connectivity galore. Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, thumb drive and compatibility with all-in-one home network protocols. Easy set-up. Extensive menu of remote controls and settings. The OfficeJet Pro 9025 at 24 PPM is laser print fast. The cost per page is competitive. The print quality test I use is the resolution of 6pt font clarity and quality. 6pt resolution and definition is the best I’ve seen even compared to the $>1000 printer range. The scan speed and double side printing is equally impressive. The full function 3” LCD control panel is refreshingly command capable and painless. The unit size seems ridiculously small for all the capability. It can hold about half a ream in 2 magazines. Outstanding performance achievement. Sets a new standard in all-in-one printing.

Easy set up, semi fast and a good comparable to the HP 8610. I was hesitant to purchase this with all the bad reviews, but took a chance and so far so good. It's not quite as fast as I thought it should be, but the print quality is there as well as the ease to hook up to a mac environment. I would recommend for a small office.

I was a little worried about buying this printer given the other reviews, but it works great with my iMac. Setup was very easy, and the print quality and speed are phenomenal.

My previous Samsung printed on two sides but I had to put the paper back in the printer in order to have two sided copies. My HP prints on both sides without that bother. This one is wireless, which I love and it can copy and scan. It's smaller than the Samsung and has more capability. It's also quiet and fast.

Set up and printing in less than 15 minutes, which isn't bad for a non-tech 71 year old.

Although my first experience with this printer was bad. it was basically dead out of the box the problem was tray 2 saying it was open although it was closed. Also i found the tip on tray 2 that helps to hold the paper in place was broken. I started the return process and got another printer pretty fast it was ordered on Saturday and got it on Monday The setup was fast with no problem. Glade i ordered when i did when it was 249.89 great value for the printer and what it can do. I also went ahead and got the insurance on it because i had a 6830 it is a predecessor of this printer and the print head went out and yes i could have have paid about 130 for a new print head and we all know when one part breaks something else will break soon so i went ahead and got the new printer with insurance. Ive only used for a couple days and when i say fast it spits the paper out like it was nothing. I do recommend this printer if you are in the market for a new printer this one is a good choice. Hopefully you want have to deal with a bad printer to begin with but with any electronic devise there is a chance that it may or may not work out of the box.

I print mostly monochrome but need color for presentations and brochures I hand out for business. My laser makes sense for high-volume black and whites, but for color, the performance of the Officejet Pro 9025 has impressed me with quality color documents, two-sided printing and speed! I was aware of the specs but seeing this inkjet in action was still a surprise. Monochrome docs print at laser-like speeds, with color documents taking not much longer. Even photo printing is pretty quick. This machine is a great option for low-to-medium color-print volume offices where the upkeep of a color laser is too expensive. It can also do well as your single printer solution. I was impatient and went straight to the LCD panel to set up wireless. It was easy although the password is keyed in like old-phone texting (depress abc/def/ghi/jkl icons a few times to get the proper character). Windows, iPhone and iPad had no trouble finding and printing wirelessly to the 9025. The touch screen user interface is useful but I've seen more comprehensive functions in similar (though larger) all-in-one machines. This may change with firmware updates. So far two update notifications have appeared and were simple to press and accept. It's a multi-function machine so I've copied and scanned with no surprises. Edge-glass is nice when manually handling originals. There are workflow-optimizing features (such as one-step Scan-to-Email, etc.) though I'm not likely to use these, others will find them to be time savers. Plenty of connectivity options, ethernet, dual-band wireless, USB, phone, though I'm not aware if there's NFC. Love the squarish and compact form factor. Still more to learn but it already proven itself to be a great printer.

I have used HP OfficeJets for years. Switched to a Brother and it broke down within a year. This HP 9025 has resolved all the issues of previous products. Excellent job by HP to produce a great office/home printer. Love it!!

I have long used HP printers and HP Instant ink. I have always found them to be stable, durable, and reliable. This new model has surpassed my expectations. This was fairly easy to install. You remove the packaging, plug it in, and install the cartridges. The USB cable is not included. It connected to my wifi easily. From there you go to 123.hp.com, enter the model number, and download and install the setup files. The HP Smart app is available to print from your mobile devices. I found setup to be a breeze, and quickly had multiple computers and devices setup to print. From the touch screen you can connect your Google Drive or Dropbox accounts, so you can scan to those locations or easily print from them. I love that it can print two sided without having me flip the paper over! When using this as a copier you can select from presets for document, ID card, and photo. You can also tap the settings icon to reduce/enlarge, set a binding margin, utilize 2-sided copying, etc. It really is a fully functional copier. I do not have a landline so I have not been able to test the fax features. And now a little bit about Instant Ink. I have been using Instant Ink for about four years. We are a homeschool family and print 300-500 pages per month during the school year, and Instant Ink has saved me a fortune. Prior to Instant Ink I was buying new cartridges every month, costing around $30 per month. I spend half that using Instant Ink. HP monitors my ink levels, and sends me new cartridges well before I need them. Using Instant Ink you pay for the pages you print, rather than the ink you use. 50 pages per month is $2.99, 100 pages is $$4.99, 300 pages is $9.99, and 700 pages is $19.99. Unused pages roll over to the next month (the number of rollover pages varies by plan), and you can upgrade your plan when needed, and downgrade (which takes effect the next month). Additional pages, if you go over are $1 for 10/15/20 pages, again depending on your plan. I use a lower plan in the summer and upgrade in the fall. I love that I always have ink when I need it, without going to the store, and I'm saving money too. Also, these cartridges hold more ink than the ones you can buy so they last longer. You are provided with a postage-paid return envelope for used cartridges. The HP Smart app allows to to print, scan, set up tasks, monitor your ink levels, and scan to email all from your phone or tablet. The printer prints fast, even from mobile devices, has yet to jam, and produces clean, crisp documents and photos. I expect this one to last a long time!
