Minor issue

*EDIT *Decided to end up giving 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. The support team responded to my email in less than an hour and offered to send a replacement.* Product works as advertised. Received this is the mail 2 days ago and everything works well; fan speeds adjust well for your preferences, the two USB ports work (one connecting the cooling pad), light and comfortable, two kickstands at the bottom allows more airflow into the computer. The only downside is that the LED lighting of one of the fans suddenly stopped turning on with the rest of the fans, I can see the LED light but it's very low. This means that it's working but the wire is probably loose. I really like the product it's just that one con, I don't really mind as the sole purpose of the product is the most important thing, just that minor detail failing to operate.

Bang for your buck!

I actually bought this to use on my PS4 Pro, and the size is very close. It would fit a laptop just fine. Its quiet, has a nice cool blue light and quiet. While I'm sure there are better quailty laptop coolers out there, for this price range there aren't many complaints.

Chill pad

The chill pad is a nice one most of the chill pads out there have only one or two fans. This one has five, and it keeps the laptop pretty cool, and the blue light is incredible to see at night when you have no lights on in the house.

Quiet running

Setup for DELL XPS13 that was getting a little warm even at high speed you can not hear the fans and keep Laptop cool to the touch best one i have for for the Money. plan on buying more for our company

Keeps my laptop from getting too hot!!

For what I wanted, this product does its job. It’s cool and keeps my laptop from getting too hot. It still gets warm but I can use my laptop longer to work more because of this product. Good job!
