Gives me peace of mind!

Got this camera to check up on my dog while I'm out or at work and it helps give me peace of mind to be able to see him while I'm not home. Camera was quick to install and easy to use! The app lets you move the camera around and even talk through it! This photo was actually taken when the room was dark and I can still see perfectly fine!

Very good product. Camera very sharp, speaker loud and clear. Night vision very good. It is very important to follow directions to set it up. I recommend this product

Bought one, a week later, bought 3 more.

I always test out a product without purchasing more. But I did buy one to watch my wife who has Alzheimer's. I put it in the bedroom since she gets up and wanders at night. The motion detection would tell me she is up and roaming. I have nurses watching her while I am out of town and I can notify them she is up. I like the fact I can turn the camera. The night vision works OK, but it you pan the camera too low, everything turns white and foggy. I assume the infrared light is shining on the surface which the camera is sitting on, I don't know. I didn't mount any of them, I just set them on shelves. The camera does not support 5G. You have to have your phone on 2.4G, but it still works fine. Set up was easy. The volume is not as loud as the last camera I had. I can barely hear conversations.

I Really like this camera! The picture clarity is great!, The set up was easy. I’ve tried a couple of the other brands never really worked out for me now’ I think I have just what I want with this camera! Motion detection works really fast. I’m really enjoying it!!! Wish I would have found this sooner....... Finally something I can work with!

great value

I bought the netvue indoor cam after buying a different brand as a gift for my parents who were looking for something simple just to keep an eye on the garage while away. The camera I had bought for them was much more difficult to set up, more expensive and had much less of a picture quality than this netvue camera I bought. I'm using it mostly just to keep an eye on the dog while at work. Very happy with my purchase, camera is great quality with a great free app so I can watch it live while away from my puppy to check in on her. Sound level is great, and ability to zoom and pan gives a much broader range than your typical indoor camera. My only complaint is that in the app, you can't seem to turn the camera sound off, even its off on your phone. I have opened it at times to my dog barking even with the sound turned off on my iphone. Overall, great camera for the price though.

Very easy to use pet monitor

I purchased two Orb Cam's to monitor my sweet girl doggie while we are away after shopping other brands. My decision was based on other customer reviews, the external antenna less design, 1080p video quality, audio and the easy to navigate Android App. True to form, the App is very easy to use and adding the cameras was a snap. After setting them up and testing them out, I was pleasantly surprised at their operation, video quality and audio volume. I haven't tried out all the features yet but at this time I'm glad I chose the Netvue Orb Cams. Very pleased!

Easy set up and good quality picture

So far this seems perfect. I originally tried the Amcrest camera and it would not connect to my WiFi but this one had no problems. Picture quality is great and it can sends motion detection notifications if you enable it (I think it sends it quite often so I disabled mine). I haven’t tried the night vision yet but I’m sure it’s good. There were poor reviews for the app on the Apple store but I have had no problems so far. Directions and set up were straight forward and took less than 5 minutes. From what I remember the camera itself is quieter when planning around than the Amcrest. The only thing I do wish is that it could pan down further as mine is on a shelf and not mounted, but I got it to work. Great product for the price.

Just what I needed

This camera was easy set up, and works perfectly for my need, which is to watch my disabled husband get up and sit down in his recliner safely while I'm at work for a few hours. I fiddled with the motion sensitivity a bit to not get alerted every time he lifted his arm. A world of relief on my end. And I can talk to him too. PERFECT. Get one if this is the use you're looking for.

All-Inclusive

I've tried the Canary, Rubitex, and Yi wifi camera systems and I like this one the best. I don't have to buy additional wall mounts as it's included. I can rotate the actual camera (how cool is that). The picture is the best so far. I tried out the speaker and am looking forward to a cleaner sound. The Canary has a Panic Alarm on it and I think I'd like that on here for future models. If a pet went near something they shouldn't, a baby about to crawl out of the crib, or an intruder in the house, that would be very useful. I do like how quiet it is when it moves. And so far it captures all motion activation. Some others I tested missed a lot of motion activation. I'm excited to use this.

Awesome camera!!!

Love this camera to watch my pups while I’m at work !!! Easy to set up and easy to use! So I’ve added several pictures so you can see from work I can move the camera all around my living room side to side up and down to view where my pups are. I can also talk to anyone in the room. I’ve talked to them but then they go running to the front door thinking I’m home. I have this sitting on the bottom of my entertainment center currently but it’s able to be placed anywhere. I will be getting more because it was so easy to set up and remember to follow the directions. Yes buy the micro SD memory card and insert prior to plugging in and powering up your camera!
