Great for heating milk for my coffee!

My wife got me this for my new found coffee habit. I use a french press and the water is meant to be heated to about 200 deg F. My kettle takes care of this for me. I also put hot water in my french press to pre-heat it. But if I pour cold milk in my coffee (or any kind of creamer I guess), it cools the coffee down too quickly. I use this to heat about 1 to 1.5 tbsps of milk for 20 secs in the microwave and use that for my coffee. The glass creamer is not too hot to touch but the milk is hot. Keeps my coffee hot for longer. Happy camper! Full disclosure: I hope one day to drink coffee without milk so I can experience the true flavor profiles of the nice beans I buy but I'm over 50 and only started drinking coffee 1.5 months ago. It's gonna take me a while for my palate to mature enough to deal with black coffee. I currently use 2% milk and about 1.5 flat tea spoons of raw sugar. All you coffee purists out there, pls forgive me!!
