Not the most objective review, but I like it

Realtalk, I'm having issues with a pretty terrible roaster right now, so I can't really review these beans too well, but I like the bag these beans came in, and I like to suck on them while I watch my total bum of a roaster ruin another batch. That said, out of the ten or so different kinds of green coffee beans I've ever sucked on, these were top 3 for sure.

Amazing flavor!

These beans have a lovely fragrance. I’ve roasted them light-medium and they have enjoyed the fragrance and flavors. I’ve gotten a brown sugar roasted almond and caramel notes. Perfect! I’m going to continue to buy these beans.

Good starter coffee

I bought a FreshRoast SR540 to start roasting my own coffee. These beans are very good with a medium dark roast. Good flavor with a hint of chocolate. I use 2 tablespoons per 8oz cup in a french press and my day starts perfect. The beans are small but plump up when roasted. Nice bean to begin my roasting experience.

good quality beans, fresh and flavorful. have bought these before and they are consistent quality, prompt delivery. I think Mexican coffees are underrated, these are fine.
