Great backpack for the price!

Ive had jansport backpacks for years now, which are your no nonsense basic school backpack. Decided on something with a little more room in it, because I have a 17.3" Widescreen laptop and half a dozen accessories (charger, power cable, other cables, wireless mouse, etc.) as well as my medication and you unfortunately can't fit that into a jansport. This backpack zips up to be about 1 foot by 1 foot square and almost completely flat and then expands to a 30L capacity! It's big enough to hold my laptop and everything else and it has room to spare. the stitching is rock solid and various "little details" really get my attention, like adjustable straps on either side of the backpack where you can store a water bottle and actually secure it so it doesn't fall out of your bag, and there's another safety clasp in front which helps balance the backpack. Definitely highly recommend this backpack. Can't beat the price, can't beat the features.

It's surprisingly very tough, also the lightest backpack I've had yet.

I've been using High Sierra and Camelback backpacks for hikes/work/general use for years now, but both have recently succumbed to their wear, I needed something new for a convention that could carry all my essentials, be easily accessible and sleek enough to maintain a low profile. I think it's safe to say I hit the jackpot of Amazon backpacks; this is compact, the nylon was very breathable in 90° weather (even in black) the pockets were reliable and most wild of all, I was able to carry my 8LB Skateboard between the clip-in straps all day long and not once have any troubles with a filled pack!

Lightweight, portable but durable and many compartments!

I love this backpack! It’s durable enough to handle everything I stuff in it while hiking with my wife and dogs. It has lots of compartments, which at first I thought would be annoying, but it turns out it’s actually pretty useful. I have enough space to throw in some snacks, dog food, water, and first aid supplies with room to spare. I also like that it folds up into a small compact bag. Normally, this wouldn’t be exciting, except my wife and I will be traveling to Europe soon and it will be nice to stuff this inside the suitcase instead of wasting it as a carryon. Then we’ll be able to use this as our daily backpack while we travel I highly recommend this as a daypack. Probably not the best for vigorous hiking or if you’re trying to fit more than a day’s worth of supplies while out and about. But the weight/capacity to quality ratio is too good to pass up for the price!

Ideal day hiking pack.

Fantastic new design. 4 pockets. Big one with dividers allowing for easy organizing. Strong nylon fabric. Extremely good for a day hike. No way to have a bladder but 2 deep mesh side pouches that easily hold my liter water bottle. Works well as my pack to carry my bouldering gear.

Perfect Bag for A Commuter

Perfect bag for my commute in the city. I'm able to put my books and random things I think I may need and hit the road. The bag is comfortable on my shoulders and can hold A LOT of stuff. It has a couple of compartments inside and a pretty decent size side pouch to hold my drinks without spilling it. When I'm done for the day, all I have to do is oack the bag inside of itself and I'm done. Its been rainning alot here in Georgia and the bag protects my stuff pretty well to tbe point I comfortable carrying my laptop with me. Awesome bag for the price.

Very transportable, perfect for hiking

So when I first got this backpack, I thought I got a mistaken shipment because all I got was a small bag. Turns out this little bag transforms into this medium sized backpack that is going to be absolutely perfect for hiking. I’m p hype for this one because transporting it is going to be easy and all it might be a unique party trick to show people how a backpack can fit into such a small place! Can’t wait to hike with this guy!

Solid Backpack for hiking and also very compactable

What I love most about this backpack is how portable and small you can get it once you shrink it down. That being said, its pretty lightweight but doesn't sacrifice any volume capacity. As for the design I find it quite visually appealing, You can easily fit a bunch of stuff in the multiple pockets. I would say this allows me to go on pretty comfortable hikes as its so light and the strap secures it pretty well to my chest. Also a fun side note, I love how it came delivered. It was adorably stuffed into it self, and it makes you think "wow there's no way this is a backpack claiming to hold so much. So main points: its light, it looks nice, the pocket patterns are easy to organize, and its great all around outdoor backpack!

Very Cute and Functional!!

I bought this bag to take with us when we went on a mini-vacation as a daypack, and this thing saved our butt!! When we got to the airport, I realized that my carry-on was just a little too stuffed, but I had thrown this bag into my carry-on (it was folded up so nicely, it barely took up any room). I ended up taking the folded-up bag, and transforming it into the awesome book bag it is, and just taking a few things out of my carry-on to put into this (and just stuffing my purse into it as well). Worked like a charm, and the airline reps also complimented the connivence of the neat book bag. This bag easily holds two water bottles on the side, a wallet/phone in the front-most pocket for ease of use, and inside can fit clothes, camera, snacks, and a few travel books (pretty much how we had it configured while using it as a daypack). The part of the bag that holds the bag together when collapsed will turn into a nice sized pocket (yay for double sided zipper) in the main compartment when the book bag is fully transformed (we used it for keeping some cash and a mini-emergency kit from getting lose in the bigger compartment). I am very pleased with my purchase! It fits everything perfectly for day trips around a new city, and was easy to get into the pockets we needed quickly and efficiently. It felt nice and comfortable on both of our backs (and we are tall, so sometimes bags look weird if they are too small on us), and the material is very well made. This is a quality bag for a budget price, couldn't go wrong!
