I, like many of you, read reviews before purchasing products. Almost all reviews for this product state that a discount was received for an honest review. That made me nervous about ordering, but I decided to try it anyhow! I ordered the 140cm for by 6 year old, she's bigger than the average 6 year old! It came today and she hasn't taken it off since she opened it! Extremely well made. Everything about it is exactly what she wanted! The size chart is perfect. I will recommend this to everyone who has a mermaid loving child! I DID NOT RECEIVE A DISCOUNT FOR THIS REVIEW! I really do love it!

a Mermaid's dream outfit

These 3 piece outfits are BEYOND CUTE and a pretty great value for the price. I paid $12.99 for each (I bought 6 pink and 6 green for a mermaid birthday themed pool party). My daughter loved them so much she's been wearing all 3 pieces from the moment she gets home from school. I personally like the fact that the tail is open at the bottom so her feet can move around easily. I posted 2 pictures to show size. I ordered a size 140 and she wears a size 6/7 (48" tall / 45lbs). Bonus was that 2 kids did not show up to the birthday party and I was eligible to return those extra 2 outfits

Perfect for girls who love mermaids!

I have two daughters ages four and five years old. They absolutely love Ariel from The Little Mermaid and anything mermaid for that matter. I bought them these Newland Girl's 3 piece Mermaid Tail Swimsuits and they LOVE them! They are made out of swim suit material so they are perfect for swimming in the pool or hanging at the beach. My girls put them on immediately and started playing mermaid in the house. You don't even need water. The sizes run a bit large especially for the bikini top but it covers everything and works fine. I love these suits so much I ordered a set for my niece and these are my go two presents for birthday parties this year. We recently went on a beach vacation and we brought these mermaid swim suits with us and did an entire photo shoot with them on the beach! I will be ordering more and more for gifts!! I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased review. Although the price is right no matter the discount and I would purchase regardless. :)

Life is short to not be a mermaid!

Ordered this because my daughter wants to be a mermaid at her Halloween themed bday party. It's June here in FL so it is hot so I wanted something she could be cool in. It is absolutely adorable! She loves it and will look beautiful at her party! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mermaid costume! Fit- she wears a 7/8 in regular clothing so I ordered her an XXL. It fits perfect.

Beautifully Made...GREAT quality... Price was perfect!

I only say "somewhat large" because the bottoms weren't as tight as a bathing suit would be. Which is the impression I got from the details, that this was a swimsuit. Other than that I have ZERO complaints! the top fit amazing. I love that there are three ties to make sure there are no gaps in the top to reveal her chest, it fits perfect where it should be. The bottoms (when not wet, used as a costume) fit great when dry. and the tail looks great and its still easy for her to walk in. Im actually pleased with the fact that it is just a little bit big because it means that she might no grow out of it for the next year or so!

Cutest suit ever!

So stinking cute! My daughter loves it and won't take it off. She is tall and skinny and wears a 7 length pant but has a size 4/5 waist So we went with the XL 5/6 and it fits great long enough for her long legs. It won't let me add pics to this review ☹️

My girl is a little mermaid

I am correcting my old dissatisfied review I wrote almost about a year ago. So, yes, I was recently contacted by a manufacturer and was offered either a refund or a new upgraded set. What a surprise! We said "yes" for the new free set, and we got it last week. It is definitely an improved costume with more vivid realistic patterns and extra side fins. It also comes with hairband. The tail is closed now, so it actually creates the mermaid tail shape, which was lacked in our old version. Oh, it also has a zipper on the tail area so you can open it when mermaid needs to walk on the ground. The top and under bottom pants are definitely more snug fit, good enough to consider them as a swim suit, so kiddos actually can swim on them without the tail (they need to take them off after some playing, to actually swim). So, my girl just loved new set so much, she literately went into a 24 hours not taking off the outfit challenge. arrrgggg ... lol she slept on it, and fell from the bed because she couldn't move her leggs. lol Anyway, we really appreciate the company's offer and their efforts to improve the product. Thank you so much! I strongly recommend the upgraded version. I still see the old rainbow loose fit version- not sure if they are exactly the same as what I bought last year, but the new ones with hairband and neat bikini top sure is cute and fun!
