Better than I expected
It’s ready to game right out of the box. I’ll skip to the point, I’ve been playing Subnautica: Below Zero on the highest graphic settings with no issue at all. The original Subnautica even has heavy frame drop and loading issues on the PlayStation 4, but on this PC the new version runs flawlessly. Along with this, all other games I have run so far have been able to play on ultra settings with no issue. This is pretty much all I wanted, a PC I don’t have to build myself that can play all my favorite games. However, I didn’t expect to be able to play all my favorite games on the highest graphic settings with this thing. It has exceeded my expectations. The days of building your own PC are over, get one of these and save yourself some stress.

Excellent quality and value
This is an excellent gaming PC. I bought it for my son and it plays all of his Steam games on highest video quality settings with a 1080P monitor (I don't have a 1440 monitor so I cannot test one). Absolutlye zero lag. Heat and noise is minimal. The included keyboard and mouse are great. Out of the box, it took 15 minutes to set up and updates were quick as well. He was online and gaming with his friends within an hour. One thing to note is that this uses a standard separate jack for microphone and headphones, so if you have one of the new-fangled headsets with one jack you just need to get an adapter (fortunately the gaming headset that I bought came with an adapter). This is a great PC and becuase it is upgradeable we will be enjoying it for many years to come. The price can't be beat. I was going to build my own PC (I have built several in the past) but after pricing out all of the parts and considering the added cost of a Windows license - not to mention the value of my limited free time - this was a much better choice for me. I am going to buy another PC next year and I will definitely buy another CyberPowerPC.

Got a replacement keyboard with a surprise gift.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought it last week and received it last friday. I didn't open it until today, the first of May,. I was excited but when I plugged in the keyboard, it didn't work. The Cyberpower logo lit up but the keyboard itself didn't work. I went to devices and it didn't show up as a device. AI troubleshooted and did everything I could and it does not work at all!!!! I'm going to try and contact Cyberpowerpc to get a replacement and then I will change this review to a 5 star. UPDATE: I contacted Cyberpower and got a replacement keyboard. It did take a while to arrive, almost to the point where I thought they didn't send one, but they did. They even sent a huge mousepad to go along with it so that was a bonus. So far, nothing stupid has happened with the computer. It runs ANY GAME at the HIGHEST settings at over 100 fps without overclocking anything. Fastest PC on the market for the price. Buy it and you will not regret it!!!

First Gaming PC - Very Impressed
I bought the model with the i5-9400F and the GTX 1660. I was looking to build a PC, but this one had everything I wanted for a little less money. First off, the packaging was very tight and everything was secure. The PC lights up when you plug it in and it looks awesome in my opinion. There's a lot of different pre-made color settings that you can choose from using the included remote. All the components look like good manufacturers (ASUS for motherboard, MSI graphics, xpg ram). The fans are very quite. They do make some noise, but hardly. As for game performance, I've only played Apex Lengends & Overwatch. I was running 75 fps on Apex and 85 fps on Overwatch both on High to Ultra settings. The PC gets warm, but not hot which is fine. The keyboard and mouse included are good, but nothing exceptional. The mouse has a glow to it, which can be seen in the picture, and it has 4 buttons on the side and 2 dpi buttons on top. I haven't been able to program the buttons though. Keyboard is better than your standard office computer, but nowhere near a mechanical. The only con if I want to nit pick is that I wish the SSD was at least 250 GB, but it's not a big deal with the 1TB hard drive. In the end, I'd highly recommend at the price point and especially for a first time gaming PC. Extremely satisfied so far.

Great computer
I purchased my computer on March 21, 2019 from amazon and this is a great PC for gaming and for web browsing. Researched the graphic card (1660 TI) before purchasing using YouTube and the videos don't do it justice. Movies look great watching Netflix is great in 1080p. I played tomb raider and gears of war 4 to see how the graphics would look and the graphics look great for both. This PC is OK to handle streaming on twitch and light video editing. The computer has Bluetooth so I use a Bluetooth speakers to listen to music. The computer is not whisper quite there is a humming sound because of the stock cooler on the CPU processor. The sound is not that loud you will not here it over a movie playing or listening to music.

This is a great buy for the price
After one week with this computer, it is a great buy. It's quiet for one. The box was delivered in good condition and the computer had no scratches or any defects. I played every game I have through Steam and other services maxed out graphics card settings with a good to great frame rate. One thing as a slight, this video card has 3 display ports and one HDMI port. This was not a big deal for me since my monitors with a simply adapter converted over to the correct connection. Other than that, its quiet, it runs relatively cool, and boots up in seconds.

Best pre-built gaming PC for the price!!
I was a little skeptical about buying pre-built but I did months of research and I can safely say this computer is incredible for the price. The GTX 1660ti alone brings this computer up a huge notch seeing as it is the latest in Nvidia's quiet and powerful mid-high end Gpu's. Then if you take into account the intel i5 9400f being the newest in top performing CPU's and for gaming at ultra settings and getting at least 60fps for even games like Overwatch and Sekiro it is an incredible deal. Both of these components would be a great deal but to also get the RGB fans with a color change remote (very cool),a 120g SSD as well as a 1TB hard drive, a 500 watt PSU inside of a beautiful case, and the cable management is some of the best I have ever seen. I can't find anything pre-built for this price that offers more. The only downsides are that the PSU is locked into a cage at the bottom which if you wish to replace it takes a few extra steps to get into. Also having 8g of RAM is ok, but if you plan on recording games which this PC does an incredible job at you will need to get that extra 8g RAM stick just to help with extra processes and video editing. The only other downside is the wifi adapters are a little loose and could have been installed better but they still work perfectly just a little annoying. That's about it for 850$ I honestly couldn't find a better deal if you just want to have a great gaming PC you can open up, download some drivers, and start playing the latest games within minutes. The SSD drive is super fast and as long as you don't fill it up with nonsense (use the TB hard drive for that) you will have a very fast PC for the next 5 years minimum. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to game now and now get into the nitty-gritty of computer building. I would recommend you take this as a chance to learn as much about hardware and software with your new PC as it's a great hobby and potential career choice. Not to mention it's fun and you'll feel like a car man with a standard that you know how to use and manipualter to your will. Have Fun!

Easy for non computer savvy, casual gamers
I am not at all computer savvy. I bought something that I thought would be easy to set up and play. I can’t believe how easy this was. It had very clear instructions and very few steps to get started. I mostly play WOW and wanted something for faster, cleaner gameplay. I found everything in this computer. The graphics are outstanding with crisp, clear vistas, the gameplay is fast, and the load times are short. For this price, I couldn’t have asked for a better PC. It even plays better than my gf’s Mac. I also like that you have the option of changing the computer color or turning it off altogether. It comes with a remote for color modes. I’m very happy and excited to play. I would highly recommend this for casual gamers.
