I was very tired of using the washers at the RV parks, dog hair, ink, you name it, I have had it on my laundry. Ordered this little gem and first day did 4 loads. This is alot bigger then what it looks like, the washer part is huge, 1 set queen sheets and a bath towel. I put 2 sheets in the spinner, put it on 5 min and they came out pretty close to dry. Now let’s talk about mistakes you can make: 1. make sure you turn the dial from drain back to wash or you will fill the spinner with water as well as the tub. 2. the little drain tube must be put back in the upright position or water will flow from the spinner as you put wet clothes in it, fine and dandy if you have a drain not so fun if you don’t have a bucket to catch it. Procedure for our wash. 1. fill wash tub by tube provided or use a hose like I do. 3 levels, 1st level will get you to the lint filter which works great. 2. add laundry and liquid soap. 3. pick one of the 3 agitation settings and your time 4. drain tub by picking drain setting with the drain tube in the drain or bucket 5. take some of the clothes and put in spin for 5 min, repeat until load is done 6. place all items from spinner in to washer tub, fill with fresh water, fabric softener and wash for 5-15 min. then drain, place items in spinner, a few at a time and spin 5 min. 7. hang on clothesline

Very satisfied customer! Bought this for my camp to avoid lugging home dirty laundry every week or running to the dreaded laundry mat! Has already made me a happy camper! No leaks, no bad odors, no problems that I didn't create myself lol. The fill hose doesn't fit the average faucet. I use the washer in the bathroom, fill with the hose from my shower. There are adapters you can purchase at hardware stores for the hose to fit the faucet however. The drain hose has to be fairly level with the machines bottom to drain properly. I drain mine out the camp door, bought the extension hose they sell here for under ten bucks. Problem solved. Or, I read some reviews that folks use this in the tub. When the machine washes, I was grossed out! Clothes I thought werent that dirty, the water turned dark grey! It really pulls the dirt and grime out! Couple minutes in the spinner and back into the washer with clean water for a rinse, then back to the spinner to dry. Clothes are just damp when done. Lint filter grabs some of the lint, easily cleaned out. I wipe out the machine with a paper towel between loads to grab any fuzz it didn't grab. It's light, easy to use especially after running a few loads, learning which dial to turn where etc. If I could buy a bigger version for home I'd do it in a heartbeat! Handles 4 large towels, 2 or 3 hand towels, and several washclothes, or a pair of jeans, several T shirts, some socks, underwear, etc. Spinner holds about half the wash load.

I took my time researching for a mini washing machine, when I final decided to order this one. First I will say please read the instructions before using, I am a family of four and living in an apartment this machine is a life saver. I really did not thing the spin feature would be that good, however I was surprised that my cloth really just need to hang dry and not for long. I am so very happy with this item.

It seems to get the job done but if you go above the lowest water line it doesn't appear to agitate very strong no matter which setting you have it on. I have tried to contact the seller to inquire about this but no response. Apparently they have a no questions asked 30 return BUT you have to pay for the shipping! UPDATE: After using for a couple of weeks I have decided that this washer actually is really good for washing clothes as it is more gentle. It does not agitate as strong as the others but it really does get the clothes clean. I contacted the seller about this and they sent me videos of a machine in there warehouse for me to compare mine to and it works just the same. This machine is designed to be more gentle on your clothing. I had said they did not respond to me when I reached out but it turns out that I emailed them on a friday and they don't work on weekends. They have actually been very responsive and extremely helpful.

Just chiming in on this model since I bought it. This was the largest capacity of all of these portable/smaller units, so I figured I'd buy this one since smaller units might not hold as much making it pointless. I'm def happy with the capacity. I live in the city, and most apartments with washer/driers have the super cheap double high units that don't hold much at all. This portable unit prob hold more than those, which makes me happy knowing the alternative. I can do 2 pairs of jeans, (I'm a 5'-10" male) and a couple handful of T-shirts, boxers, and socks at once. The trick with these units is that you don't want to over load. The washing quality depends on the loads ability to spin freely in the water. So overloading will cause you to have a bad wash. I do 2 wash cycles per load. Just like a normal washer does. If you do that, your clothes will be no more or less clean. One wash cycle will leave your clothes lacking a good wash. Consider the weight of the load too. A Bunch of jeans will be heavier, and pants will tangle up in the load causing the spinning action to lessen. Long sleeve shirts act the same by tangling together in the wash cycle. Don't do anymore than a few pairs of jeans with a few pairs of long sleeve shirts (with sock underwear and a few shirts) at once. Too much tangle will cause it not to be able to spin freely. So less is more with these styles of washers. Used correctly, it will do just fine. Fill the water to the very top of the venting inside the tank. The water will automatically drain out of drain tube when you over fill it. I use that as an indicator that the load is filled with water. More water = more spin = more clean. It's just a mater of not overloading it. Other than that, it works great. I love not having to go to the laundromat anymore.

This little machine saves me so much time and money. Takes a few loads to get your technique down. So worth it

I never do reviews but this thing is a must buy! I don't have prime and it got here way sooner than it was even expected. It works very well and I did see someone said about the clothes at the bottom getting dry if you fill it too much but I filled my spinner basically to the top with jeans and all probably like seven or eight pieces of clothing and I was shocked how dry everything was and even if something is still a little wet all you have to do is leave it to spin an extra minute it's not like it's a make-or-break there's timer for a reason lol if you are not sure I will just definitely get it because I wasn't sure and I don't regret it it's half my size I'm 4 foot 11 it literally goes up to my belly button it's a very good size so you can wash and enough stuff and not feel like you're about to break it cuz that's what I was worried about if I were to get a smaller one so far so good with everything you will not regret it

Excellent washer,,so easy to use and convenient

Have used only used for two loads since getting it two days ago and love it. Washing tub is bigger than expected, did 3 adult sweatpants, 2 pj bottoms and 2 tops in first load and 2 adult jeans in second tho capable of doing 3. Did as good of a job as a full size washer. The spinner is fantastic. That too holds more than expected tho only 1/2 of the wash load. No matter because it only takes 1-2 minutes to wring the items out. Much, much drier than the loads spun out of the 3 now broken full capacity washers I’ve gone through in last 15 years. The only issue I’m having at the moment with this product is that it was stated to have weighed 20 pounds. It’s much heavier than that, so if you’re thinking of purchasing this size, have a designated spot for it in your bath or laundry room. I wish I had known about these smaller versions back when my kids were little - my family and friends will be receiving this for future baby showers!

This 2019 21 lb. Kuppet washer is excellent. It agitates rather than spins on the wash tub side delicate, normal, and heavy duty. The photosynthetic steam spin dryer really whitens and brightens laundry. The wash tub keeps hot water really hot and releases bluing to eliminate yellowing. This sounds a little crazy unless you are Stottish or Mormon, but the styrofoam crating is the lift for the drain. The top crate goes to the floor --curved edge to the floor, flat side up. Leave the machine in the bottom crate support and set bootom on top of overturned bottom crate. This lift is an Archimedean or Roman aqueduct drain pump raising the machine above standard bucket level. This allows the machine wash tub to completelty void or empty --beautifully effortless if you don"t have an open access floor drain. This is a Copernican or Neuton pun.Howevet it works. So does the spinner light window with the steam mist genetated from its super speed extractor. Kuppet offers products for home folk aware of physics laws. The machine is super heavy duty and really interesting -- down right cool and really fun to use with a vast array of combination machine cycle options.
