Great company that stands by their product!

Purchased this in July, 2017 after using a similar item that my daughter-in-law owned. Chose this one because I liked the fact that it came in two parts, that the mattress was separate from the bumpers. Found the heavy gauge vinyl & the efficient air pump a plus. We've used this quite a bit. It not only inflates quickly, but deflates well and easily rolls up to fit in the storage bag that is included with the purchase. Our toddler & now a bit older grandchildren absolutely love it. We kept crib sheets after they had transitioned to a regular bed & it makes set up a breeze. Went to use it a couple of weeks ago & found a split seam in the flocked mattress, making it unusable. Remembered that I had registered the item AND that it is supposed to have a LIFETIME Guarantee. Used their website to reach out to Customer Service, sent a photo & description of the problem. It was a Sunday evening & I got a response within 30 minutes. Couldn't believe it & couldn't have been more satisfied. Yes, indeed, the Lifetime Guarantee applied & they shipped a new mattress the next day!!!! What a fabulous, customer centered company. Love this bed, great value for the money!

Great purchase! Bought it for my 18 mo old grandson to sleep in for a couple of weeks while he stayed with us. Since he's a little young to transition into a big kid bed, I was concerned he may not sleep in it but he loves it! He lets the whole family know that it's his bed...goes right to bed at naptime and bedtime with no fuss. Super easy to inflate and stays inflated. Perfect size, worth the cost!

Best toddler air mattress ever

Bought this on the fly for a last minute trip. Shipping was quick and painless and the mattress and accessories were in great condition. I inflated it the day before we were leaving and left it overnight to test how inflated it would remain. No air had leaked out by the following morning. The instructions are simple and this thing inflates and deflates faster than any air mattress I’ve ever owned. Like in seconds.. not minutes. I even laid on it for a few minutes and it was quite comfortable. I LOVE this thing! It took me less than 5 minutes to unpack it, inflate both pieces and to put her crib sheet on the insert and put it insert back in. She slept great on it the whole weekend and even my husband was impressed with the quality of the product (and he doesn’t get excited about much). It folded up small enough that we could even fit it in our suitcase with both mine and my husband’s clothes. My daughter loved it so much she got upset when I deflated it to pack it up. I’m sure we’ll get a lot of use out of this in the years to come.

Excellent customer service!!!

When I first receive this product I noticed that the valve was leaky and didn't completely seal. The Mattress deflated after 20 mins. I was very disappointed because I purchased this product for a vacation I was leaving for that same week. I contacted customer service and they quickly got back to me and offered to resolve the issue. They overnighted a new mattress to my vacation rental home in Cape Cod no questions asked. There aren't many companies out there today that would be willing to go the extra mile to make sure you were satisfied. I would order from this company again without hesitation. The product is wonderful! My daughter loves sleeping on her "vacation bed" and I hope to get many more years of use from this product.

This is an awesome inflatable bed! Powerful inflation, less than one minute to assemble, sturdy, comfy, and big enough to last my four year old a few years! Deflated and folded up in just a few minutes...and actually has a bag big enough to fit it after it was folded less than perfectly :)

Excellent!

This is the best inflatable bed ever for children. I was going to get one from Walmart but lucky for me it was out of stock so had to look further and found this one. This bed is sturdy and I really like the high rails on the side. I have active grandchildren and this will work well for them. They loved sleeping in this bed. Easy to inflate & deflate and so glad that it came with a handy storage bag big enough to hold the bed when I fold it back up to put away. I can never fit things back into the original box the way they came no matter how I try so its nice to have the storage bag big enough to fit the deflated bed and not have to force it in back into a box. So glad I bought this!

This toddler bed is amazing!

This was by far the best money spent on Amazon ever! This toddler bed is so nice and comfy. We are a military family and we have a 4 month waiting period before we can go to our next command. We are currently staying with family and hiccapop has Saved us!! She looves the bed and she was in a crib before our move. She is a very tall almost 2 1/2 yr old and she fits perfectly in this bed with room to go! It’s easy to inflate and the best part is that she gets excited to go to sleep in her “ big girl bed!” We have been sleeping on it now for a little over a month and it’s just perfect! I would recommend this bed to anyone and everyone!!

Great toddler bed!

This is a great bed!. My son is 2 and sleeps in a crib at home. We needed something for our weekend lakehouse. He had a mini crib there but outgrew it and there is no room for a full crib. I was dreading trying this out thinking he would just get out of it and I'd have to put him back for hours. Well the bed is durable because he jumped up and down and stood up and fell down onto it. I laid down on our bed in the room and kept telling him lay down it's night night time. After some playing around he did fall asleep! No tears and no getting in and out of it! The quality is good and it blows up and takes down easily. Glad we bought it and glad it works out for our situation!

Best travel bed!!

Fantastic travel bed!! We got this bed for a trip we were taking with my (just turned) 2-year-old. He's a big boy, and outgrew his pack n play a while ago. We blew it up and kept it out for a week or so before the trip to get him used to it. A stretchy crib mattress fits perfectly on the mattress insert part, but it looks and feels bigger than a crib when they are in it. I would definitely recommend this! We also have four dogs that have tried laying on it and my husband has gotten into it with my son many, many times to read books and it is still holding up great! It is very well-made and is very strong. We look forward to using this bed many times in the future for vacations and camping trips. This would work great for sleepovers too!

We Love This Thing!

What a perfect little “nest” for our 2-year-old granddaughter! We are fortunate enough to have both of our granddaughters overnight on a regular basis, and the 2-year-old has outgrown the pack ’n’ play. Our daughter and son-in-law got a Hiccapop some time ago and they absolutely rely on it. Now, so do we. The instructions are amusing and easy to follow, and the air pump is a dream -- this mattress inflates in the blink of an eye. Since the Hiccapop takes standard crib sheets, there was no need to buy anything else. The price was more than fair and it arrived on time. We’re so happy we bought a Hiccapop.
