• FRONT-ACCESS DESIGN FOR EASY FILLING Fill the water tank from the front of the machine, so you can keep the coffee maker under the cabinet during use
  • SWING-OUT BREW BASKET Since the brew basket swings out from the front of the machine, it’s easier to fill and keep clean than a top-load basket
  • BOLD, REGULAR & 1-4 CUP BREWING OPTIONS While you can make up to 12 cups, the 1-4 cup option optimizes the brew cycle for smaller servings
  • PROGRAMMABLE CLOCK Set your brew time and strength in advance for wake-up coffee, and have peace of mind with a 2-hour automatic shutoff
  • AUTOMATIC PAUSE & SERVE WITH NO-MESS POUR The brewing cycle will pause when the carafe is removed so you can pour your first cup before the whole pot is ready

I was tired of making 4 cups of coffee each morning for my family ( with my single-serve coffee maker), but I wanted a smaller coffee pot that would fit under my cabinet - so I would create a sort of coffee bar. This maker loads water by swiveling from the front, so I can open and load water while it sits under my cabinet - no spills or drips when loading water or serving coffee. Loved the auto-shut off and drip pause if I want to grab a cup before the whole pot is done. For the price, look and convenience, it is a WINNER!

I am replacing my old Hamilton Coffee Maker with this one after many years of use. I LOVE this new one. The water reservoir is so easy to fill being in the front. It is the first one that I have had that you can fill from the front. I do have to pull it out from under the cupboard a bit but still much easier than filling from the back. This coffee maker makes good coffee as did the other one I had but this one is so quiet, I have to look to be sure it is actually working. I recommend it to anyone trying to decide which one to get. I read so many reviews and decided on this one and so glad I did.

I do a thorough job of reading other people's reviews before buying a product. We have been in need of a coffee maker for a while but I hesitated because each product had bad reviews. This coffee maker actually had the highest average reviews among all the reviewers which was one of the reasons I selected it. Also, the bad reviews were written by a relatively small group of buyers who seemed to have bad luck (broken parts) or wanted sclading hot coffee. Not me. Anyway, at first my wife was not too excited I bought a product from Hamilton Beach because apparently this company is not known for high end products. However, since we started using this coffee maker she has been pleasantly surprised. I am also very pleased with every aspect of this coffee maker. From the ingenious design of being able to add water from the front to the ease of removing the used filter and grounds, the creators did their homework. For someone who likes hot coffee, I could assure that there are zero heating issues. Upon reading the instruction manual, I could tell that Hamilton Beach takes pride in their product and has a desire for the consumer to enjoy great coffee (no I don't work for them even though that sounds like I do). Anyway, I am very happy with this purchase. Hope this helps someone with their decision.

I am very happy with this coffee maker. The design is very easy to use and I like that the water can be added in the front. The coffee tastes very good. I usually buy Mr Coffee but this is a much better maker and I am pleased with this purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend but now I think I am going to use it more than him! Sooo easy to use. We bought the water filter pods that were suggested, 2 for 8$ on amazon. The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't beep when the pot is done brewing. But I suppose you could just look and see if all the water is out of the reservoir. Amazing product for a phenomenal price. Love this!

All I was looking for was a simple coffee maker that has auto shut off, steal a cup, does not beep or make a peep, 12+ cup capacity, and under $50.00. Works great, simple to use, no issues. Makes the coffee plenty fast, comes out at exactly 170 degrees. After sitting on the warmer for approximately 45 mins, gets up to about 180 degrees. Don't care about it automatically starting at a certain time or variety of brew strengths. Regular is fine. If I need it stronger, add more coffee and it won't affect the brew time. Big whoop. The cord length is fine. Carafe does not leak. Nice quality. For 35.00 it's perfect. Hopefully, it lasts a while.

I particularly like that this coffee maker will fit under my cabinet and it is easy to fill with water and coffee. My last coffee maker had to be pulled all the way out, and I had to open the top to put the coffee grounds in. It is also easy to remove the grounds without having to move the entire appliance. In addition, the carafe has stayed sparkly clear and new-looking, where some of the carafes I have had from different manufacturers got cloudy looking quickly, no matter how I cleaned them. I just assumed it was our water before; now I know it was the glass of the carafes (good to know).

Model 46310 is (finally) pretty much what I was looking for in an automatic coffee maker... flip out removable filter basket; front fill and/or a small lid so that you can fill it with water when you have top cabinets above the unit, without pulling the thing out to the edge; and fairly simple controls. I've had it a week now and so far, so good. It is hard to program the minutes on the time, and you have to set the time you unplug it (although you don't have to set it correctly,) and I'm not sure the little plastic lip that holds the filter basket on the swing-out front will hold up over years, but so far, yes, it is just what i wanted. No huge lid you have to remove to use it under a counter, no water reservoir with holes drilled in the back so that the water pours out the back when you pour it in and a separate lid for the water, no chance of pouring cold water in the coffee ground like Mr. Coffee current models and others, (including Hamilton Beach model 43254R.) Oh and the controls are at the top where the coffee never will spill on them, unlike my old (20-30 year old) Mr. Coffee Accel that finally broke a part in the tank (but otherwise would work fine.) Hope this one lasts as long. I'm still thinking about repairing that little broken part in the old one, though...

I just had got this and wanted to review after a couple of uses. My 1st Hamilton Beach, and now won't be my last. ALWAYS bought Mr.Coffee, and fought with over flowing, pulling out from under cabinets. Just got tired of it. This is THE BEST with its compact size but 12 cup capacity, under cabinet filling both water and grounds. Love it!!!!

Coffee maker came today as promised. Ran a 12 cup pot of water through it using 1-4 cup brew setting. It took 11 minutes to finish. I pulled the pot out while brewing and it didn't drip a single drop of water. I poured a cup of hot water and it was very easy to pour without any problems. I measured the temperature at 140 degrees F. i don't know what temperature the people are looking for when they complain that it doesn't brew hot enough, but hot enough to scald my lips is plenty warm for me. So far, I am very well pleased.
