I love it - I use it for a retainer mouth guard device

I use this everyday to clean my mouth guard (made out of dental acrylic and stainless steel). I needed something that could clean the crap out of this thing without damaging/deforming the device (as it cost $7000 which I'd have to pay again if anything damaged it while cleaning it). I have filled it up with 1.) water, 2.) water & alcohol free listerine, 3.) water and baking soda, and 4.) water and 1/4 tablet of Efferdent to clean my mouth device - and have had excellent results with each. I haven't used it to clean jewelry yet... nor do I want to since I use this to clean something that stays in my mouth all day. I fill it up between the two lines, but have filled it right up to the max line - with no catastrophes. I usually clean it through 2 cycles. I also notice that when I take the device out that the water is significantly warmer than when I started - even with cold water... but it has a auto-shut off when it hits a certain temperature so I'm not worried about it deforming my device. I'm glad that after much researching that I chose to get this one over the many other ultrasonic cleaners out there. This one feels high quality, that it exceeds my expectations (which I don't believe wouldn't happened had I chose the cheaper ultrasonic cleaners that all looked alike, that everyone else seemed to be selling) and seems like it's going to last a long time. It feels like a "professional" device as it claims to be - I could professional jewelers using a device like this in their store and when I brought it in to my dental/sleep specialist (dentist and medical doctor) - she was very impressed with the device and the price I paid for it. So I can say this device is doctor recommended :). I would recommend this to anyone with a mouth device for a thorough cleaning. Oh it emits a quiet buzzing sound when it's on. If goosebumps had a sound - this would be it. ;) Not to loud at all and doesn't scare my Yorkie. LOL Even quieter when you screw the lid on it. I'm very impressed and would recommend this device to friends and family members.

Basket not included! But customer service is amazing...

I bought this as a gift so I have not used it. However it is very heavy and well made..and I like the features advertised. But I was shocked to find a stainless steel tank and no basket. Jewelry would be ruined with out a basket. When I looked it up it does show it in pics but very lightly on the main pic it says basket not included. I looked it up and this tiny tray with some hooks is $20! Same as I paid for the whole unit! I was going to send it back but decided to try to make my own basket. I pickup up a pack of 3 inch plastic canvas disks and a square too. Used clear nylon thread to make a perfect basket that sits in the tank. Only cost me about a dollar. Looks so good you'd swear it came with it. If I'd have had to pay $20 for the little basket I would have returned it. May 8 I received a package in the mail today and a hand written note from Brent at Magnasonic. I was stunned to find an apology for the confusion and a basket for the cleaner. Thank you Brent! Customer service is A1 at Magnasonic!

Kicks butt

I own a small watch repair business and this thing chewed through grime like nothing on watches that I pull the movements on. It also got the cleaning solution to a very warm temperature. As long as it holds up it will save me a fortune on toothbrushes and multiple cleaning steps. Do not put you watches in here without removing the movement other wise you may need my services.

Have realistic expectations.

My rings hadn't been cleaned in years. 🤢 I ran them through twice and I'm rather impressed. I wasn't expecting them to come clean with one cycle. They could use another cycle still. But with all the layers of gross they had built up I'm very happy.

Absolutely love! Why didn't I buy this a year ago?

I bought this to clean my 2 daughters' retainers. I got tired of trying to clean the build up off regularly and was wondering what magical tool could do the work for me. I found this cleaner that was recommended by other customers for maintaining their retainers and mouthguards. I was looking for something affordable and smaller that could easily fit on the bathroom counter. We have one hard plastic retainer with metal wiring around the teeth and one set of invisalign. We use the ultrasonic to clean the retainer once each morning and are pleased with how the build-off comes off. The invisalign needs to be cleaned daily once on each side to get the build-up from the teeth indents, but truthfully, we only clean one side regularly and do a deep clean once a week by adding a 1/3 of a retainer cleaning tablet to the ultrasonic cleaner (1 cycle on each side). Pros: affordable, plain coloring (white/grey) to fit in the bathroom, and it's saved me time and effort in cleaning. I wish I would have bought this a year ago. Now I just hope it is durable to last. I would definitely consider buying this again.

GREAT CLEANER!

Love this - I used a more bulky one from the same company for YEARS and it worked well - had more bells and whistles but was the same price. I paid the same price for a smaller "footprint" on my bathroom counter. My last one was damaged by smoke in a fire in our neighborhood so I had to research to buy a new one. I would buy THIS one for mouthguard cleaning - that is the only reason I have it. I have a custom mouthguard because I grind at night, and need to ensure I keep my new mouthguard up and running (my old one was also damaged in the fires/smoke). GET THIS ONE if you are looking to clean a dental appliance. It rocks!

Love it.

Works wonderfully and is simple to use. Just drop your items, your cleaner (optional), water, and press the power button! If you don't have any cleaners, just use a small drop of dish soap. Like others complained, mine didn't come with a basket. Because of this be wary when retrieving small jewelry\ dumping the water. I just wish I would've gotten a larger size for glasses and other items.

This thing is a beast! I use it for jewelry and my daughter's dental appliance (retainer). Even though it is small it is SUPER powerful! The design makes it look good on the counter top and it doesn't take up any space! VERY VERY happy with this purchase!

Perfect for jewelry

Had a larger one that just took up too much space and the top I didn’t seal so the fluid would always evaporate this is small perfect for jewelry the top screws on so the liquid Cleaner stays inside and I think it cleans better than a larger one
