I purchased this set because of its high reviews and with the notion that I did not need additional stones to maintain my already sharp knives. I now find myself wanting a coarser set of stones for those knives that have previously seemed un-sharpen-able. I'm talking about you, Gerber. Still, this is an excellent kit that works great and looks good on the shelf with all of your other kitchen gadgets.

Top notch sharpening stone

This is one of the best sharpening stones I've used. The packaging is very nice, so it's easy to store. And Mikarto provides a free online book to help you make the most of the stone. All in all, this was a great purchase, and my knives have never been sharper!

Essential kitchen tool

Love the packaging and the design overall. Stone worked perfectly to sharpen my kitchen knife - terribly needed as I am always chopping veggies or meat! Made the blade as new! Great stuff!

Works Perfectly

My dad always used stones to sharpen his knives and I have tried various sharpeners with no success as they dulled so quickly. I decided to try this sharpening stone. It was so easy to use and really puts a sharp blade on your knife.

I like almost everything about this product. The only thing I wish this product to came too,with an adapter for small knives (pocket knives) or something to get the right angle,for those small knives! Good presentation box!
