Perfect for classroom use and craft projects
This value set of 6 glue sticks is perfect for those who enjoy paper crafting. The glue spreads purple so you can see exactly where it goes. Later it dries clear. The bond is superior to other glue sticks. These are great for classroom projects.

Glue
These work great! Easy to use and have strong holds. No problems with drying out too quick either! Washes easily too!

Glue stick sticks
My kids go through a lot of glue stick. The gorilla glue glue stick works as well as most glue stick to hold things together, it is strong enough, but no stronger than other glue stick brands. It is very good for paper to paper applications. It doesn't work at all for popsicle sticks, pom poms, or googly eyes, but no glue stick does. You really need liquid glue for that. The purple dries clear. These glue sticks are firmer than other glue sticks we've used, which I like because it means that even when my kids are overly enthusiastic with their glue application it doesn't squish or dent. It is also less messy. It washes of well. Good basic glue stick.

work well for kid crafting
My kids are using these for they're daily craft projects and primarily for paper projects. I have absolutely no complaints. They're easy for them to use and hold and bond well. They glide easily and don't dry out too quickly. The tops are a choking hazard for any little ones that are at the age where this is a concern.

No More Elmers for Me!!!
I use gorilla glue products constantly, so when I saw this I just had to try it, and just like all their other products this stuff is awesome. It's easy to use, dries almost instantly, and is super strong.

These are extra strong glue sticks with great staying power
These are extra strong glue sticks with great staying power that are great for kids to use for all types of projects. In the tube, the glue is purple and it actually goes onto the paper as purple, which helps kids see where they've applied it. When it dries, it dries clear. The hold is very strong. The glue is non toxic, washable, and safe for kids to use. Excess glue can be wiped off with a damp cloth, and soap and water can be used to clean it off if it accidentally gets on other surfaces. It is safe for photos.

Who Doesn't Like Gorilla?
My kids tested this Gorilla Kids Glue Stick against their Elmer's Hour Sticks and they both said this dried faster and holds firmer. They would know better than me since I never use glue sticks. Hope this helps you.

Acid free
Goes on purple and dries clear. I love that it's acid free and photo quality so I can use I on Little Mister's birthday photo poster board. This is a reasonable value since you get a dozen sticks for under a dollar each.

Handy product that can be washed out if needed
Product says it is washable which I think means it can wash out of clothes if needed.

Works great - with the right materials - but smells awful until it dries.
I tried gluing a variety of materials to each other, from paper to bottle caps. Some stuff worked amazingly well, others not at all. As expected, the rougher and more porous the material the better it sticks. Paper to paper, felt to felt, felt to paper stuck solid. Glossy to glossy not at all. Paper to glossy, not at all. It takes some experimenting. For most scrapbooking and school projects it's great. For example, the bottle-cap stuck solid to cardboard. The purple is really visible on white, but nearly invisible on any other color. Good points: surprisingly strong for a glue stick, works really well. Cheap. Pad points: The smell.
