Well designed and sounds good
This is a very well designed device. I plugged it in and intended to read the manual (some of do read manuals!). The display immediately began flashing “BT” and an FM frequency. Pairing could not have been simpler. I tuned to the displayed frequency and listened to music. All this within less than 2 minutes of installation. The sound quality is surprisingly quite good. I’ll need to us sit for a while to determine if the sound is as good as the radio, but first impression is very good. It feels and looks like a quality device. I needed it because my car radio uses the one available AUX input for the SiriusXM receiver which I am not willing to give up.

Great addition to older vehicle!
I bought this Anker Roav SmartCharge T1, Bluetooth FM Transmitter for my recently acquired 2003 BMW Z4. Instructions for set-up were self-explanatory. Placement of the control buttons is very convenient with the Roav's control held at the end of a short flexible standoff. The unit plugged in securely to the 12v power port. Bluetooth transmission of music and talk radio provided reasonable sound quality - don't expect it to be as good as directly connected sound sources, but it is still generally pleasing. I recommend finding the highest frequency vacant FM channel for use. That seemed to optimize the sound. Hands-free telephone calls were of acceptable quality (when the top is up). In short, it is an excellent addition to my "pre-tech" vintage BMW.

Love it
Wouldn't connect at first I had to go to my settings turn off calling feature and leave only audio on because it wouldn't connect but it finally did and works great sound is great as well. I picked a static station and listened to music on my hour an half drive to work. Super easy to set up like much easier than I had thought

Very happy I made this buy
I use this everyday I like the fact I don’t have to pair it but one time . It picks up when I get in the car & turn on the radio . It’s clear & I don’t have to touch my phone to turn the songs.

Great device
I have tried devices that transmit to my car's radio in the past and I have always been disappointed. It seems like there is always a lot of static and they do not produce good sound. This transmitter works very well. The sound is clear and there is not the lag that I have encountered with other bluetooth devices. I was also very pleased with the customer service. I received a phone call from Kevin at Roav about a week after I got the transmitter. He was just calling to check on my experience with the device. I have purchased much more expensive equipment than this and never gotten such good service. My only frustration with the device is that the mic feature is not very strong. If I want to make or receive a call, I have to turn the bluetooth off on my phone. This does not bother me much since all I really need this transmitter to do is play audio books for my commute.

Great product
So, lets start saying that fact you can change the FM channels right from the device it self is a big plug, easy to handle it and to connect. Front lighting in blue tone provide very easy view at night. Quality of the sound is quite impressive as long as you do your due diligent by locating the right free FM channel. The flexible neck may need some review since it does not stay well in certain positions but not big deal. It has a convenience Aux port that work very well in case that is an option for you as well as 2 USB ports. I thought the neck was a little long but having it installed in my Nissan Pathfinder it definitely has the right size.

Good option for music in your car.
This device allows my music to stream through my car sound system with it’s reliable FM connection. My bluetooth has issues but this affordable solution allows me to bypass it. It’s a solid buy.

Can't believe this lil thing only cost $30!
Was about to drop $100-150 on an adapter bluetooth for my 2008 Acura TSX. Decided to give this a shot for $30; glad I did. Sound is excellent through FM transmitting for both calls and streaming music. Set-up and use are both really intuitive. Thinking about purchasing another to keep in my travel kit for use in rental cars.
