Be sure to "charge" for glow in the dark

I was skeptical that these paints would actually glow in the dark. In my excitement to try them out I was a little disappointed at first. I hadn't let the paint dry so a few of the colors didn't work at first. Once they did dry I went into a dark closet and a few of them did indeed glow, but a couple didn't. My husband was more familiar with this kind of paint and told me to "charge" it. Held it under a lightbulb for a minute and went back in the closet and all of the paints glowed, so here are some tips: 1) Paint in a couple of layers. 2) "Charge" whatever you've painted with a light bulb or sunlight for the 'glow in the dark' effect. 3) The dimmest colors are orange, red, and pink. The brightest for me was the blue. So yeah, if you're keeping whatever you've painted in a dark room at all times, it's not going to work, but if it gets good sunlight during the day or you "charge" it with a flashlight or light bulb (being really close to a light bulb) then you'll be happy with the glow in the dark effects.

Glow really well

The paints work very well. It takes a few coats to get a good glow but when charged up by light(any light source works well) they glow bright. Actual containers are a bit smaller than expected however a little goes a long way. But if your doing a larger project these may not be enough.

Works like glow in the dark paint should work. At first I thought it was going to dry clear, so I used it on a practice shirt first. Didn't dry clear, but still looks awesome.

Tiny but mighty (holy crap I sound like a total nerd)

I’m absolutely in LOVE with your paints. The colors are vibrant and show up beautifully. I personally come from a watercolor background so the consistency seemed perfect to me. Not gonna lie, as an artsy student on a tight budget, the price is a bit high for the amount of paint given; but the quality makes up for it. I shook the jars up before use and set them under a LED light for only 30 minutes and to say they were “glowing” is an understatement. As a young painter who’s new to these sort of neon colors and effects, I am very happy. I used these all over my walls and shoes and it was everything I wanted and more. Will be ordering again as soon as my next paycheck comes in! :)

Used if for a glow in the dark dance and it worked so well under the black lights and UV lights.! One set of paint made one backdrop.
