Do what the manufacturer says

These pans are fantastic but you must pay attention to the manufacturer's directions. You can't overheat them and you need to use some oil. I've taken great care with them and have been very impressed, and I feel that they are safe. The handles do get hot so be careful with that. I love them!!

These pans seem to cook well, light weight and easy to clean

Don't get it too hot and it will stay amazing

It's a great pan - the most nonstick I have ever used. Just never get it too hot, I accidentally left it on high and left the kitchen for a moment and came back to it smoking and now it is slightly less non stick.

Very happy would buy again

Have been using a Green Pan for only 3 months so far it is great.

It's still early days, and some of the previous reviews have suggested these pans go downhill in the 4 to 6 months period. So far, the 2 I'm using are working well. Easy clean and easy useage, I have not needed to cook on a very high heat and the pan warms up quite quickly.

Worth It

We cook eggs almost everyday and they just slide off the pans.
