I really like this earphone translator, very accurate and unique. I travel frequently to Greece and Italy for business, people over there don't speak business-fluent English like west European, so I used to hire a translation guy on a huge budget. I tried the handhold translator, but it was a bit awkward to hold and operate during meetings, just image that, I was like a statue sticking out my right hand. Whoever designed this earphone translator is a genius. I can give the earphone to the people I talk to and communicate with my hand gestures (my crucial negotiation tactic), and it is accurate. I bought another pair of these (4 earphones in total) to cover 4 people meeting, the cost is equivalent to 2 days salary of a professional business translator, so I consider this is a quite a bargain. Recommend for frequent international travelers, this is the one!

Title: The elephant in the room!

I never imagined that I could have reached business opportunities outside of my capability. I bought this product to translate Cantonese to English. I just finished my 15 days job in Hong Kong with this voice translator device. WT2 language translator is the elephant in the room, and for good reasons. Its comprehensive feature set makes it especially well suited for me. To my amazement, this translator can do almost real-time translation. Even though I said a whole paragraph of English, it took only 3 sec. to translate into Cantonese. This translator is completely beyond my expectations. I recommend trying Touch Mode first. Thanks a million. This is a brilliant product.

Work way better than expected!

As someone who didn't know the technology to do real time translating existed until about two weeks ago I was skeptical when purchasing this product. But it has surpassed all of my expectations!!! Have tried it with my boss who speaks French, some co- workers that speak German, and some friends that speak Spanish. There is a slight delay between speech and translation but it is a small price to pay. It does a great job translating... albeit a little on the formal side but not a bad thing in a business environment. I travel to France in a few days and am very confident the will make my trip much easier! I recommend these to anyone who has frequent run- ins with different languages.

Wow! Just WOW!

I had heard so many negative things about the ear bud translators that are available. I read a positive review about the WT2 translators so I thought I would give them a try. If they didn't work I would just send them back....Got them today and gave one to my Spanish speaking employee that is from Bolivia. I was surprised that there was actually a specific Spanish for Bolivia. He spoke a few words of Spanish and I was blown away. I told him what the translator said he had said and he said,"Yes. exactly" I am so happy that these worked since I am taking a vacation in Brazil next month and my friend there only knows a little English. Cant wait!

Translation bluetooth headset that actually works

I rarely write reviews for products, nevertheless, I must say out of the many purchases I've made, this product really impressed me! I've purchased other blue tooth earbuds, with the hopes of pairing them with the generic Google Translate which works for the most part but often at times fails to properly pick up spoken words or just plain get the whole translation wrong. That being said... THIS PRODUCT - The WT2 Plus - Actually work exceptionally well. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much but when I first tried them out, they blew me away! These pair to your phone via blue-tooth connection and work only with the App you download from the App Store or Google Play. These are NOT headphones that you can listen to music with or take calls. They are ONLY used for the intended purpose of translating one spoken language to another. My Fianceé speaks Vietnamese and I English. We get by using a few of the translation apps out there, primarily (google translate) as many do. However since purchasing the WT2 Plus headset. We no longer require the use of any other translation program. Once paired with the primary phone, you select the operation mode that best works for your environment (Auto, Touch or Speak Mode). We mostly use the Auto-Mode which works well for us, however in noisy environments the Push to translate mode works great. So how do they work? Simple - pair to phone (check) Select mode - (check) SPEAK and Listen (DONE)! You can talk normally like you typically do with a friend or loved one over coffee, there is a slight delay depending upon how much you say. So for faster translations, keep the sentences brief, otherwise, you may wait a few seconds for the translation. The other person will hear what you said in their language which you have a huge list of languages to pick from. The added bonus, you also hear the translated language, so little by little you will pick up on how to speak the other language too. Overall I highly recommend this headset! It will come in handy when meeting family members, especially when they do not speak a word of English. I've been searching for something like this for such a long time, I guess just out of pure luck and desperation, I did a google search and found this product and thought I'd give it a try. Not expecting such a wonderful product and I'm so glad I purchased! So if you are in a relationship barely getting by with translation apps and doing your best, to try and quickly pick up and learn another language. This will save you much frustration and heartache feeling fearful that this amazing person you've found is perfect if only you could easily communicate. You will have some cases where the translation may not be correct or it gets cut off half way through. But overall when compared to many other products out there, you will agree its a godsend to have something like this to help communicate with loved ones, friends, and colleagues and added boost to your career if you travel out of the country and need a way to easily communicate with the locals.

Awesome for travel abroad

Travelling around the world has never been so easier and convenient! As a frequent traveler spending most of my time on plane and different continentals, I truly feel so essential to find an easy way to connect with locals , which would be impossible without a handy tool's help. So I used to rely on translation apps and they worked just fine. HOWEVER!!! This headset changed everything!! This lifesaver absolutely raised the bar in terms of speed and convenience by a mile. Where this translator really shines, however, is the accuracy and ease of use of intelligent features. Pairing with my iPhone was incredibly simple. Plus,with the help of the enclosed instruction booklet ,it was up and running in just a few minutes. That easy, I have the instant translation right in my ear. Not only that, but this headsets actually delivers accurate translation perfectly , so much better a dumb phrase book, who always failed to translate according to the conversation context. What that means is that this amazing headphone is capable of tackling the cultural baggage that goes with sentences. And thank god I would never have to endure the embarrassment of misunderstanding local idioms and respond like an idiot. Thank you wt2 plus！ So far, it has exceeded my expectations. The technology is brilliantly conceived and packaged in a aesthetically appealing design and will be a great companion in my upcoming trips. User friendly

I love how user friendly this product is! Know matter what age, it's suited for everyone. It has great options for languages as well! I love it more if the side light wasn't on all the time. So it could be discrete but it's still 100% worth the money!
