• 3D IMAGING WAVEGUIDE: The 3-D Imaging Waveguide allows you to hear a 3-D soundstage from a stereo pair of speakers.
  • EXCEPTIONAL DYNAMIC RANGE: The voice coil on the LP-6 allows the speaker to have very high excursion, resulting in clearer sound with lower harmonic distortion, and exceptional dynamic range.
  • LOW-NOISE PORT TUBE: The LP-6 has the clean, punchy bass of a front-ported speaker with very low noise from the port tube.
  • HIGH OUTPUT: With 85 dB continuous output at 2 meters (roughly 6 feet,) and 20 dB of headroom, the LP-6 is plenty loud for almost every 1 or 2 person listening space. This includes home studios, editing bays, and most control rooms.
  • SUPERIOR ACCURACY: Get accurate sound from your speakers no matter where they’re placed in the room

For a 6.5 woof I was expecting some drop off on the low end. These are so incredibly balanced, I would have expected them to be 8s. I am used to the Yamaha HS8 and these are pretty much on the same par. The response is really flat which is great for an honest mix. The mids are far crisper than my old KRK. I would almost. Almost.. Almost put these alongside my Genlecs ... I get a strange feeling that down the line, these will become somewhat legendary in the small studio market alongside the NS10. Yeah, its saying a HELL of a lot to put these things in that category. I'll have some more testing to do, but after the first week I'm stunned.

Apparently KALI was formed when several JBL designers were let go or left because of corporate restrictions preventing blah blah... Those stories are great but what is better is for three hundred for a pair you get MASSIVE studio monitors with JBL levels of tweeter accuracy and some thicc flowy bass. The only real downside is maximum volume before distortion. They don't have the biggest amplifiers inside so you are left in a delicate balance of amazement and subtlety. They are not that pretty but Price to Performance is like the beer goggles of the audio world.

These monitors are phenomenal, they have such a flat, neutral sound to them that mixing my tracks are way more accurate then it used to be. No built in EQ means your tracks tell you the truth of what you’re lacking and what you need to add. The low end is very present but not overpowering, again, they tell you what you actually need in the track. High end is also very balanced and the fact that the tweeters pop back out when pushed in is fantastic. You get 3 different connections, RCA, TRS and XLR, always great to have options. In the case of the Kali LP-6 monitors, you get more than what you pay for, these speakers could easily be on the market for $600 and still do just as well. Kali Audio customer for life.

Set these up into my audio interface and watched a bunch of music videos, old and new, many genre's and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. They sound like they should. Clear, detailed and flat. The dip switches for the EQ and location do what they say. I have played guitar thru a DI box straight from a high gain amp and it sounds great. Mixed some music in my DAW and they work perfect. Great studio reference monitors.

Great speakers! I'm very happy I took a chance on these. No cons I can think of.

I did a LOT of research before narrowing the choices down. After reading & watching countless reviews of these speakers, all of which were stellar, I bought into the hype and got a pair. They sound great, excellent transparency, and by far, the best bang for the buck for critical listening (mixing & mastering). Very happy with these. You just can't beat the price (which is pretty much the same everywhere). Bought through Amazon for the Prime Shipping. Highly recommended.

I use these monitors for mixing film sound and scores, and they are fantastic for that purpose. For this price you can’t beat it! I was so impressed with them. The ability to balance and hear every detail of the sound and there’s plenty of low end as well.

For the price, these are definitely the best bang for your buck monitors out there. Keep in mind they're sold individually so it ends up being around $300 for a set. I was looking at KRK Rokits, JBL LSRs and even the Yamaha HS series and ended up going with these and couldn't be happier. The sound is nice and flat which is exactly what you want for mixing, the build quality is very nice and they feel like they'll last for a number of years to come. You have the option of using TRS or XLR cables which is nice as everyone's interface may only have one or the other. If you're looking to upgrade or even buy your first set of studio monitors, you should definitely give these a try!

These speakers are exactly what I’m looking for. I play guitar for our church’s worship service and use a modeling pedal board . Practicing in a bedroom size room at home, I don’t need tons of volume, just something that allows a true representation of the sound I create with the board, so I can be prepared Sunday without a ton of dialing things in. The sound is great, the volume isn’t overwhelming and compared to the new FRFR speakers that are available, they sound great at room levels.
