Works great for simple clean up

My yard is mostly a collection of random grass, weeds and sticker bushes. This device has worked great to maintain the yard. It seems to run for about 20 minutes. Due to this, I have had to stop 2 times to finish my yard. I cant say this has been a problem for me since I dont mind doing parts of my yard at a time. Out of the box it does come in a straight line, but make no mistake, there are instructions, and they do walk you through how to setup the proper tilt (Hint: Its nothing more than putting your foot on the guard and manually adjusting it with a little force). While it is not the most powerful weed whacker out there, what do you expect from a battery powered weed whacker. It does what you would expect. There were a couple of overgrown weeds that it could not cut, but there were only two of those in the whole yard. So it only took me a minute to go back through and chop those down manually. I have not tried to use the edger as my yard doesnt really have any edges, so I cannot properly review that portion. Though it comes with a wheel and instructions. It looks like it would be really easy to adjust and then trim.

Super Convenient

I have a commercial grade Stihl gas-powered line trimmer. It's loud, heavy, and sometimes overkill, so there are lots of times that I just skip the trimming because I don't want to fire it up. This little baby is absolutely perfect for light trimming and edging when I don't need the extra kick from the Stihl. I live on a corner lot, have a significant amount of landscape edging, and relatively long triple driveway. This trimmer will handle all of that on one charge. I really like the wheels that attach to the string guard for edging. Best of all, it is light-weight and easy to handle. I'm not fatigued after trimming with this, as I am with the heavier gas-powered trimmer. I wouldn't use it for heavy weed-whacking, but for trimming grass, it's absolutely perfect. Recommended.

Lightweight, powerful and efficient!

This trimmer/edger is an awesome new addition to my yard tools. The fact that this trimmer is cordless is a huge advantage when trying to cover the large area of my yard including being able to go under the deck without the limitation of a cord. The battery is long-lasting and not an issue to complete a full yard of work. The ability to turn the head makes it convenient when working up against our fence and the base of the house. This trimmer is extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver while also being really powerful and efficient.
