Finally gave in and went rechargeable

We really do not use that many batteries and (sorry, Mother Earth) but the regular ones were so convenient, but all of a sudden we seem to have a bunch of gadgets that need AAA or AA batteries so we bought this. The original charger came with 4 AA batteries and then I bought a set of 8 additional. Since then I have also bought 4 AAA Eveready rechargeables. Both fit the charger great and charge in what seems like a short time. I gave 4 stars for battery life as we have not had them long enough to know how long they will last (be re-chargeable). In terms of life when charged, the device we use in is pretty intensive and they needed to be replaced every day, but that was the same as the regular non-recharge ones. Happy with my purchase.

The charger works great!

Received this set a few weeks ago. The charger works great. I put the batteries (already partially charged) into the charger and they were completely charged in under two hours. I can't attest to the longevity of the batteries since I've only been using them for about 3 weeks, but so far they're working great!

Retention of charge

Long Lasting!!!!!!!!

I got tired of dealing with the rechargeable battery packs of the Xbox one. They would die after about 5 hours of play and they take too long to charge. After about 6 months, they are junk and won't hold a charge. I decided to try out the rechargeable AA batteries with charger and it was the perfect choice. I can play for at least 3 days in a row for 5 or more hours a day before the batteries die on me. I just pop them in the charger, grab a charged set and back to playing. It only takes a couple of hours to fully charge them. I bought the 8 pack so I constantly have batteries charging and ready to use when one set dies. I would definitely recommend these batteries over the rechargeable Xbox battery packs.

Working great for the H6 recorder

I primarily purchased this for my H6 recorder that was plowing through AA batteries and I wanted to produce just a little less waste since we won't have a rainforest in a few weeks. I've been able to run my recorder for 6 straight hours with atleast 1 bar left which likely could have gotten me another 30mins. What's great is this pack came with 2 sets so it's easy to swap out and keep recording.

A Great Money Saver

I have a battery operated, lighted table-top tree that I enjoy. I don't, however, enjoy spending lots of money on batteries. This charger and rechargeable batteries does the trick. I'm glad I made the purchase, as I can now enjoy several full evenings worth of my tree light without having to put in any additional effort or money. A worthwhile purchase!

Easy to know when charged

I bought these rechargeable batteries specifically for my sons track cars. He will forget to turn them off so I would end up spending a lot of money replacing batteries. These batteries fix that dilemma, they are easy to charge the light stays red when charging and turns green when fully charged. Each battery slot has a light so you can pull each battery off individually when it turns green. It also plugs in with a cable a not a plug directly on the product, therefore it wont take up more than 1 charging outlet.

Initial Assessment after Purchase

Product arrived on time. I use batteries for Trail Cameras that are exposed to all types of weather, especially rain and cold temperatures. So far batteries last as long disposable batteries and been recharged twice taking about an hour. Relatively pleased so far, but will know more after a several months so I'll report on battery life.

Excellent Charger Set

I absolutely love that this battery set comes with 8 batteries instead of just 4 of them. We can charge one set while using the other, then just swap them out. Never have to worry about having to wait for them to charge. The charger is super easy to use and has light indicators. Batteries work well and last decently long too!
