I have the Respironics Dreamstation that use these filters. They are expensive when bought one at a time from Medical Supply House. My insurance will only pay for two foam filters a year. With this 52 pack you can change your filters every week for a year for what it will cost you to do two months purchasing through Medical Supply House. You have to assemble the filters but, that only takes seconds and the reusable cartridges fit the same as the originals do. Because of the low the price of this product I now use clean filters every week.

They work great! Can't tell any difference from original. Just fit new filter piece in each part of filter, put in machine, and you are ready to go. I think they might collect dust better than factory originals, because when I change each week, they look dusty. We don't smoke, but we do live in windy Oklahoma. Price is very nice too.
