Cool product

Bought it to relieve the back pain when driving. It works very well so far. It has multiple speeds, heating and vibration modes, create very comfortable massage, and make you enjoy the driving process very much.

Initial results are very positive...

I bought this for long drives only (my trip to and from Florida is 15 hours plus and 3 back surgeries)! Not for everyday car use. I just received it, opened it and tried it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up, plug in and use. Three vibration power settings, easy controls and plenty of oooo's and ahhhh's from neck to buttocks. My wife loved it and immediately put it on the recliner with a/c plug and more oooo's and ahhhh's. My next door neighbor's tried it and are buying one for there home and car! This is going to get plenty of use!

Versatile Full Body Portable Car or Chair Vibrating Massager

The full body vibrating massage unit with heat was able to provide relief to my lower and upper back, waist, shoulders, buttock and thighs simultaneously or specifically for one zone. I found the intensity to be adjustable and very therapeutic. I was able to relieve stress and tightness in my neck and back and pain relief quickly ensued. The timed heat selection was helpful when I become so relaxed that I dozed off. The portability of the product is ideal since it can easily be transported from the car to the recliner. I found the device to be easy to use as well. The DC and AC adapters were both included for car, home and office use. A storage pouch for transport was great to have as well. I was able to travel with it and it allowed me to arrive rested and stress free. It's a great unit for the prize. I would recommend this to family and friends.

PERFECT MASSAGER

So I got this for my mom because she is pushing her mid 50s, she has worked in a factory for many years, and there is no part of her body that does not ache. She has shoulder pains, neck pains, back pains, and knee pains. What she and I loved about this product is that it meets EVERY need, I mean It has different massage settings, heat options, speed options, and can even go in the car for her drives to and from work. She even said it left a tingly feeling on her body even after she got up. Id say the only con is that the wire to plug it in is a little on the shorter side so if someone was not necessarily near an outlet, it may not reach. if this thing had a longer wire, im pretty

Good Product - Great Service!

I have owned this for 1 month and 2 days. The heat indicator light on the controller no longer works. The heat works, but you do not know if it is on or off because the light does not function. I have given this a 3-star rating and I will upgrade my rating if Polar Rock responds satisfactorily. If they fail to respond positively by supplying a new unit then I will lower my rating to 1 Star. Revised to 5 Star! Customer support was responsive, thoughtful and generous.

Great for muscle spasms and relaxation.

I bought this for an upcoming road trip I'm taking because I have serious chronic back problems and I wanted something that would help my back from seizing up on the 500 mile trip. I've used the massager for about a month now, both in my house in my recliner as well as in my car. I love that it has cords to be used in both situations! The heat function works great to relieve soreness in my back muscles and the vibration, while not able to knead into knots on my back, is capable of reducing muscle spasms and creating a relaxing ride in my car. Also it's been raining where I live for a couple weeks and colder than it should be so the heat function has been really enjoyable on cold rainy days. Glad I bought it.

Love this massage cushion. Now if it was shiatsu it would be perfect but it works great and makes my back feel sooo much better on an hour twice a day commute. Highly recommend

Works like a charm..

It works pretty darn good! Especially for me who has embraced the outdoors lifestyle. This allows me to be able to hike and do outdoors things and then relax with a massage and heat on the way home.. I’m going to buy one for my passenger seat too. The straps don’t hold very well for an SUV and it broke but I still love it!
