The product came in a box like an expensive iPhone or Galaxy Phone. Every aspect of the product shouts quality. The control is extremely user friendly, clear and readable; with or without classes. My dog responds immediately to the beep and vibration. I rarely have to even consider the static shock feature. I highly recommend this product for its quality, price and living up to its advertised claims. The only recommendation I would make to the company, would be to consider adding a small lanyard to the remote. JSD

Greaaat training collar!!!

I love this collar it’s is a good size and fits both my dogs well ones 65lbs one is 40lbs I really like that you can change the volume of the beep because I have always used that for the most part to get my dogs attention the controller is a comfortable bigger than most but I like it because I won’t lose it so far so good really like the product as a whole

Great for training puppies!

Just got this product yesterday and I can already see my puppy obeying more!!! I’m so glad we got this! Our puppy would run into the neighbors yard and jump up on my 1 year old and now I just press the sound alert or low on the vibration and she stops what she’s doing! Awesome!!!

Best training collar I've owned so far

To be fair, my dog has had one of these before so he already knew the drill, but he became instantly more obedient when I put this collar on him. The collar works well, fits the dog, and the nylon collar is much better than the plastic ones that I have received with others. The only negative I can think of is that the remote lacks a bit of range but everything works as advertised.

Great battery life, waterproofing and range! I used this on my Belgian and it works perfect. The battery life is good and the range is amazing. I've never had waterproofing problems and my dog loves to swim in lakes and rivers. Overall I would say it's a very good collar and I highly recommend it.

Puppy pays attention now!

We are in awe of the positive response this collar had on our 5 month old, bossy and dominant puppy! We could not stop him wrapping around my feet, nipping like a crocodile and just walking into a room started up his bad behavior of running behind me and nipping. The directions were clear and after charging the collar and remote and using it for the first time, we are amazed. It only took one, 15 minute session of low tone beep and low vibration to stop the constant nipping, tugging, and crocodile teeth. The cost of damaged clothing far outweighed the price of this collar. I was skeptical, and thought it was cruel, but because of the different modes I can highly recommend trying this collar for bad behavior. We tried everything else, redirection, commands w/rewards, etc. Don't buy it to punish your pet, but do buy it and use it for positive reinforcement. I have a totally different dog today!!

Great value and it works!

This is my second purchase of this device. I’ve had the first one for 3 years and the only reason I’m replacing is because part of it broke from wear and tear. It’s battery life is great and I love that it has the tone. I literally only had to use the shock (after tone and vibrate) a few times and my girl knows now with only a tone, to find me. I have a more expensive brand for another dog that doesn’t have the tone and I wish it did. I think this product is great and you can’t beat the price! I would recommend this as a place to start, especially if you aren’t sure about spending big money on something that you aren’t sure if your particular breed will respond to this type of training. I’ve stuck with it because it works!
