Nice addition to regular picture taking.

What a neat item. I purchased this as much to have a small clip on lamp on my bedside table as for a light for picture taking. It’s really fun. I do use it for a little extra light at the bedside. Just clips right on. The clip is well made and super strong. Won’t fall off of get knocked off easily by my cats. I’ve been taking pics like crazy just testing the lighting. Fun and different. It Is a quality made product. Sturdy metal and the posing arms are tough and easy to position. The different levels of light and tone are a nice addition to regular picture taking. I am enjoying this product and happy with my purchase.

Fun and helpful

I bought this thinking I would try to use it at my salon for a few selfies while I was doing clients hair and then gift it to my sister for her birthday (got to make sure she'd like it right?) Well I LOVE it! I'm not always the most tech savvy but it was really easy to hook my phone and the remote and set it up. The clamp it comes with is really strong and the light has different tones so you can figure out what you like best. I'm seriously thinking of getting her something else or maybe just purchasing another one for her!

This is very good and fancy light with remote , very strong flexible arm, the light have 3different mode , I use it for it to take picture for my work sample , my work is doing embroidery , I need show customer the sample before doing job , I always have problem with color when I take picture from my phone , but this light just make it prefect, show the real color , love it

Great professional tool!

I’m not a beauty vlogger, and I didn’t get this “selfie ring light” for selfies, but I have been SO impressed with this light on a professional level! I was recently asked to be a panelist in a webinar, and this was SUCH a handy tool to not only hold my cell phone, but gave me great lighting and made my video look very professional! There are a few things to note that make it less perfect than it could be, but they are minor and have easy fixes. One thing I would have liked is a longer cord—if you’re sitting at your own desk and have a power strip or outlet right at desk level, no problem! I do not, so I needed an extension cord (as well as a little box outlet since this light has a USB plugin). Another thing that can’t really be helped is the fact that the clamp is a little “shallow”, if you know what I mean. If the desk has any beveled edge or isn’t an even square, it can slip a little or want to slide off. But all in all, these are issues that you would deal with on ANY light clamp! We’ve all seen people recording a video with just the light of their laptop illuminating them, and the laptop camera pointing at an upward angle at them... It’s really unflattering! With this light, I can get a good angle and adjust the brightness and tone of the light (cool, medium, warm). I’m really excited to use it in any future video interviews and I’m so happy I had it for my webinar! It’s already been worth the money.

This lights and phone holder set is definitely a great product. Especially if you do selfie videos or live stream videos. Different light setting can choose depending on the color temperature of that day. The phone holder can adjust to the best angle when we do videos. And I can have my both hands free to show whatever I want to in the video. Nice quality! I highly recommend! You wouldn’t want to miss it!

Great for Home Use

I purchased this selfie light for home use- so I could get better quality pictures of our family without having to go elsewhere or pay someone to come take pictures of us. I'm very happy with the quality- our faces look nice, as it provides great soft light that's not too bright. I've printed several of the pictures and put them on my wall and have received many compliments about them from guests, wondering where I got them done! Very pleased with this selfie light!

Great add on for streamers

I never thought I would buy a "selfie light" but here I am reviewing one. After watching numerous streamers on Twitch, they seemed to be recommended to light up your face when streaming using a green screen especially. This one works well, and with a portable USB battery pack I got great life out of it. It comes with a Bluetooth remote that will trigger your camera shutter. It's not a feature I will use, but I tried it just to see how it worked. My kids loved playing with the camera and remote and changing the light from yellow,yellow/white mix, and white. It's great priced and face lights are highly recommended for streamers!

Good Quality

I am glad I purchased this product. The holder for the phone is adjustable I can angle it to different positions. I like the different light settings, it really helps when I do my photos or videos. The light is adjustable as well and gives you three light options plus it allows you to brighten or dim the light. It can even be a lamp by my bedside.

Amazing Light!

I teach for an online ESL company where lighting is very important. I know this is a "selfie" light, but it works amazingly well with my computer and gives me the perfect light while I teach. I was using a regular house lamp prior, so when I purchased this Selfie Light and set it up in my class, it was a game changer! My lighting looks incredibly professional and I've received many compliments on my appearance now because of this light. I plan on setting it up with my cell phone and taking some photos with my children soon. I love the phone holder and the remote that comes with it to give versatility with camera shots. I hands down love this light! It gives an overall professional look and feel to pictures/video feed and I recommend it completely!

Great for online teaching!

I teach online for an ESL company across the country so I teach early or late in the day with no natural light. I was using 2 lamps and an over head light, but this replaced both lamps without blinding me! I love that you can choose the brightness and adjust the color (blue, white, or yellow) which also helps my eyes. Aaaand it makes my skin look great lol Also- I’m really glad there’s a plug and not just USB bc my USB drives were full (mouse, headphones). I clamp the light to my desk. I don’t really use the remote but the phone stand is nice to peek incoming messages. Overall, great buy!!
