I like it - after installing the wedge

I like it - after installing the wedge to raise the field of view, now the motion "detection zone" is above the street allowing passing vehicles to go "undetected" and eliminated all of the notifications while capturing my front yard, driveway and entry with one of the two "low" detection zones. Daylight video is very good and at night a visitor can easily be identified with the night vision feature without the porch light being on. My existing mechanical bell works correctly (take care not to let the wires rub the bell solenoid when installing the bell power module). The notifications are very fast (within a second) and the videos can be saved to my Galaxy S9 easily. As I'm writing this review I just started to get motion notifications, the wind is blowing about 40 mph and leaves are swirling around the front door entry so I just turned the motion detection off - simple! Update, 5/15/19 RemoBell S firmware updated on 5/2/19. This new update improves motion sensitivity with the addition of more "zones" to chose from and reduces false motion alerts. Also a Bright Region Selection feature was added that helps you get rid of unwanted shadows in your video.

Simple to install, nice looking picture, good manufacturing quality overall

I bought this product two weeks ago, and am very much satisfied with so far. The installation was straightforward, and bundled angle adjustment kit was super helpful to maximize the view field. Just make sure to use the bubble leveler included to get the perfectly level, professional look installation. I forgot this step and had to readjust. Software installation was also straightforward, although WiFi paring could be a bit tricky if the WiFi coverage isn't very good (not the problem of the product tho). The router on my house was a bit too far from the product, and I had to install a repeater to provide good signal and to get successful paring. I also want to point out that it is easy to use and quality made. Once installed properly, it feels solid as a rock - very good manufacturing quality. Software is easy to use and remote notification works well. The motion detection feels a bit too sensitive, although in my installation the camera had to be pointed toward active driveway a bit - so I'm not 100% sure. It's possible to adjust the motion detection box in the software, but I haven't tried that yet. At least, I'm confident that I won't miss anything suspicious. Aside from this, the picture and audio quality is quite nice, and the night vision is surprisingly good. Overall, I think this is a well-made product that should satisfy most homeowners.

Great Product

After trying it out for a few weeks, this video doorbell detects motion much faster than any of the other video doorbells I've seen. The picture quality is great and the night vision is also really clear. I like that I can choose the areas where the doorbell detects motion and even lower or increase the sensitivity of the motion detectors if I want to. As far as installation goes, it was pretty straight forward and I had no problems connecting it to my WiFi network. I even connected it to my Echo show with no problems. Overall, it's a really great product and I'm glad I found it.

Clear video; easy install

Installation: Relatively easy. There are multiple wall plates, allowing you to choose the best viewing angle for your needs. Remo+ includes drill bit, screw driver (for the various screws). The doorbell started talking to me to help me complete the installation! Video Quality: Excellent. It's clear & easy to view. There is a live view option to see what's going on. Two Way Communication: I can talk to the person at the door. Overall design: I like it - not very big; will light up when it detects motion. Already got a few compliments on the nice looking doorbell!

Nice product!

First, i was very impressed with the way the product came package -- very nicely done, with plenty of option (several bases for different surfaces and angles ). They made the product very easy to install. One important note -- you need to install the app on a smart device because you need to configure the unit (such as tell the unit there is a mechanical chime vs a electronic one) .. As for feature: One very nice feature, the unit itself produced a ring sound on the outside letting a visitor know their button press actually worked. When it comes to notification to your smart device, I found it very easy to maintain a conversation thru the unit. Now Positioning is important when you use a camera doorbell -- as positioning is important due to light .. But Most important -- the has a very wide angle -- this makes it very to get a complete view of the doorway area even from low heights ... It is nice that the product comes with 3 days rolling web storage (similar to what the Wyze cam does) -- according to the company, this trial does not expire .. but if you want or need more storage then the company offers plans for $30/year -- worth it if you want it. Overall , for all the options and feature -- this is an extremely good value.

An Amazing Doorbell for the Price

We're really glad we got this product and it has definitely been useful in our every day lives. Some highlights: Installation: This product is definitely easy to install. There are multiple wall plates, so you can pick and choose a viewing angle that best fits your likeness/needs. The flexibility of viewing angles is definitely a plus of this product. Video Quality: The video quality is excellent. It's extremely clear and easy to view, which makes it really convenient to view on my phone. I love how I can check on my home at any time of day with a clear view. The video quality is also helpful in times where I am not sure if I forgot to lock the door. I can just go back to the video playback and see if I locked the door before I left my house--this definitely saves me a lot of time because I don't have to drive back and check. Two Way Communication: I love that regardless of where you are, you can answer the doorbell. The sound on this two way communication is clear and it makes it easy for me to deter strangers or just speak with people before opening the door. Design: The doorbell design is slim and chic. I like how it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb and that it's not bulky. It blends well with the exterior of the house without being in your face or too distracting. Customer Service: The product was delivered quickly and they were quick to answer any questions we had about the product. Their customer service is amazing.

WOW, great product

I never write reviews but I love this. Returned 2 others including Ring brand, this is way better. Love it. Looks awesome too. Weird that you had to add something to internal doorbell chime but it was easy. App is really great lets you delete or download to your phone for permanent free storage. Way better live connection than other doorbells I tried. A smaller Philips screwdriver that came with it will help. Highly recommend! Awesome!
