Nothing ripped, it isn't the best quality, but it isn't the worst. Instructions: Just google it, it doesn't come with it, nor you need it unless you are totally new and want to spice up your life. Packaging: It comes packaged in a small black bag, which is nice. You can't really tell what it is unless you open the bag.
