Large hose clamps for 7" or 8" ducting

I am working on a vent pipe installation for a new stove exhaust hood. The hood uses 7" ducting and the roof penetration pipe and housing is 8". The joints between both rigid duct and flexible duct and the transition from 7" to 8" duct all benefit from the stainless hose clamps. Just don't expect to find them at the local big box store or corner hardware store. Order ahead, and you are all set.

These clamps can handle the torque

I fully expected these clamps to slip as I tightened them but they didn’t! This is what happens with cheaper clamps. The stainless steel used in making these clamps can take it. These are used to hold the staves together for the wooden buckets I make. They don’t leak. I will be ordering many more. These are the first ones I found that work without failing.

Nice clamps!

Good quality stainless clamp. When fully "opened", they fit around a 6" spiral duct with enough room to slip them on without difficulty. Screw mechanisms work just like they should, and they tightened quite nicely. Very good value, it seems to me.

6" hose clamp what can you say.

Great product easy to use. Works exactly as needed. I only needed one but got a 8 pack. Now I have extras if needed. The price for 8 was so close to the price of 1 why not. Yes, if I need more I would buy these again.

Nice, large clamps

These are very nicely made, and seem quite strong. I am actually using them to replace the hoops on my hand-turned ice cream maker (the old carbon-steel ones rusted in that salty environment). I'm hoping the stainless will prove durable.

Good quality clamps

Good quality clamps. Used mine to secure flexible ducting to my garage exhaust fans. Worked great and appear to be made of good quality materials. I would recommend these to other people.

Good clamp

This is a quality clamp...but get close to size you need....its a wrist buster to have to tighten a lot
