Easy to Set Up and Helps With Nighttime Grinding

My fiancé has been grinding his teeth for as long as I've known him and probably long before that. We were going through regular sports mouth guards every week. We were a little skeptical about this when we first took it out of the box, but we went through the process of setting it up with the warm and cold water and after the first night, he could tell a difference. This is a little firmer than most mouth guards but it also is protecting his teeth. We are optimistic about this one.

Effective and relatively comfortable

After researching several products, I decided on this mouthpiece. It was very easy to mold (just place in hot water, pop it in your mouth and bite down). Once it was molded, it was very easy to adjust the lower jaw by snapping it forward or backward. Once it was adjusted, It felt comfortable.I'm really surprised that something so relatively inexpensive works so well. The device that I got from my dentist was over $500. I am able to sleep with it all the way through the night. My wife said that it started working IMMEDIATELY. I would definetly recommend and would buy again!

A great solution to my snoring and sleep issues.

This mouth guard if used properly can increase the quality of your sleep significantly. I have been waking up with headaches lately and felt tired even after getting a full night's rest. I have suspected some form of sleep apnea because my wife will hear me snoring almost every night. I used this mouth guard last night and I woke up today feeling well rested for the first time in a long time. This night guard is a good solution to a difficult to treat problem. Definitely worth a try!
