Great gift idea for any kid!

I gave these as a gift for a six year old boy’s birthday. He already has tons of toys, so I thought this would be something a little bit different to use with friends. He also has two siblings, so the fact that the set includes three walkie talkies is perfect. His mom said that it was one of his favorite gifts! Just an FYI - each one takes 4 batteries, so I included those with the gift so it could be used right away!

Pleasant surprise !

Needed three inexpensive walkie’s for myself and the grandkids and these turned out to be perfect ! Grandkids can operate them with no problems . I’d say they were a pleasant surprise for the money !

Update 4/20/2019: Missing Instructions

My daughter was really looking forward to these. First, they came without instructions, so took a while to get them to work. I got two of them to work, the other wouldn't connect and actually started getting warm after a while. I shut it off and removed the batteries. I also contacted the seller and I'm waiting for their reply. I'll update this review once I hear back from the seller. Update: The seller replied to my issue immediately and sent me out the instructions with 2 new walkie talkies. After setting them up per the instructions, they work perfectly. My daughter gave one to a friend that lives about a quarter mile down the road and the reception is still strong. Very impressed. I added photos of the instructions in case anyone needs them. Personally, it’s a great buy in my house

BEWARE, IT IS LOUD so the kids that are sensitive to loud sounds this might not be the best thing but other than that these guys are awesome! My kids and I enjoy it and will hide around the house and talk to each other. My son keeps one with him for bed Incase he needs me for anything. Oh actually putting in the batteries is such a PAIN but I’ll live lol

Honestly a great deal. These work as well as other higher end radios I have had in the past. These are great when the kids are out and about in he neighborhood and need to be reached. Long distance and decent battery life.

Great gift

I gave these to my niece for a bday gift and she has used them everyday since. they have a great long range and are very clear. Dad rides his bike around town to the store and uses these to communicate lol the whole family loves them.
