I recently bought the Caroune thermometer. I saw that the senor thermometers were being used more and more at the doctor office. So I decided this might be the best option for my son. When it arrived home, my son who normally runs away from me about anything related to doctor visits was actually excited and intrigued about being my guinea pig.He helped me open the package and use the thermometer. I tested it out on him and he tested it out on me. We like it! Here is why I'm rating this 5 stars: Convenient - the thermometer can be stored any where. It comes in a nice gray drawstring bag. So I can bring my brand new thermometer with me when traveling or visiting friends. The thermometer can be used on the forehead or in the ear. No more pain. And my son can take his own temperature. Accuracy and fast - the forehead and ear readings are extremely accurate. I tested it several times against a thermometer in the mouth and my readings were on target. And it's fast, only takes a few seconds to get a reading, it was so much more enjoyable and easy taking temp with this. Fever warning - the thermometer can provide high & low fever alarm. we can set the threshold on our own and when the display shows an orange or red indicator light, we know that we should consult a doctor right now. Turn on or off the buzzer function - the thermometer have silent mode so that I can turn off the buzzer to avoid the sound affecting our family in the night. In my opinion,this thermometer is safer than mercury thermometer.it is well known that mercury poisoning is a danger of mercury poisoning after the mercury thermometer is broken,my children are at a lively and naughty age,I can hardly guarantee that they will not break it,this thermometer is a good solution to this safety hazard.When the environment is too cold and hot,there is steam,dust and smoke,infrared will be affected by the environment,the reading will have a slight deviation,but compared to other thermometers,the deviation is smaller,so when you see it,You need to measure it at normal room temperature and keep the environment clean and hygienic.

Easy to use and read Thermometer! Quick Readings

Love this thermometer! Very easy to use and even came with batteries! Put batteries in, turned on, either put in middle of forehead and click button one more time and let go, then instantly temperature is displayed after you hear a beep. If you want to use ear, it is just as simple. Take front piece off, put in ear, press button, and hear a beep and temp is displayed. Gives new parents peace of mind by providing a red, yellow, and green indicator of temperature reading. I would recommend this product and buy as a gift for friends with new babies or kids!! Thanks for making such an easy to use product! I really like that this thermometer only takes a few seconds to read as well. Other thermometers I have had take 10 seconds or more and when you're dealing with a fussy baby or toddler, 10 seconds is too long. This one is a good one!

I am thinking to buy a nice thermometer for a long time, when I visited a doctor's office with my kids recently for their yearly checkup I found this PC809 thermometer. i love it very much, it is very accurate and very professional and multifunctional. we can use this thermometer in 2 ways like, by rolling on your forehead and by keeping inside your ears. Very use to use even when babies are sleeping you can use this without disturbing them. It comes with two batteries and with a little pouch to keep it safe. Just put the batteries inside, boom you are ready to use it. just press it once power button wait until the red light turns into green Then roll it on your forehead for 1 second, wait for the beep sound Now it will show you the accurate temperature for you, that's how it's simple. I really recommend this Multifunctional infrared thermometer. I could say this could be the correct choice for my family when they need it. It can switch degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature to facilitate different readings for different modes. I love the way they designed this thermometer. More modern and easier to use

I have a regular thermometer over 12 years old. When I used it, the results of my measurements were different each time, and I decided it was time to buy a more modern, easy-to-use thermometer and chose this one. It came in a beautiful velvet bag, and I was grateful for it to protect it from scratches. The thermometer was very easy to use and I received consistent readings, which gave me more confidence that the output was accurate. I decided to give this to my daughter for college because I wanted her to have an easy-to-use, accurate device when she was sick. I like that it was two modes for measuring temperature, but I find that I prefer the head to the ears, and the forehead mode is more convenient for me. All in all, it's a good thermometer and a medical necessity at home.
