Very nice, easy to use, plenty of space inside!
This is great little box (though it's actually got a lot of space inside -- plenty for several keys or something else you want to protect). The weatherproof cover is an extra bonus, and I really like it because it makes it look more like an outdoor electrical outlet box, thereby making it less "interesting" to people whose intentions may be less than honorable... The first thing we noticed after removing the weatherproof cover is that it's very good looking. Some lock boxes are really quite ugly, but not this one. It's also very easy to pull open -- no need to push a button or slide anything over once the correct combination is set -- just pull! Changing the combination is very simple as well -- just slide the lever on the back into the correct position, adjust the combination, and slide the lever back! Doesn't get much simpler than that. Having a mounting template could be nice, but it's easy enough to hold the box in the desired location (with the cover open) and mark the hole locations through the open box -- no big deal. This is a great lock box -- give it a shot!

Solid Quality.
I'm a Realtor and use lockboxes all day long everyday. This is a solid quality tumbler lock box. Very roomy. Could hold several keys on a key chain. When this arrived at my office, I took it straight with me to a class for new real estate agents so they could have hands on opening lockboxes before going into the field. Sounds easy until you realize our area uses 3 different bluetooth-type-boxes that are opened with a key card or phone app, and dozens of different types of tumber lockboxes. Notes on this box based on different styles- a lot of boxes have a button you must depress to open the box after the code is entered. This box you simply pull open after the tumblers are in place. There is nothing to indicate this on this box. The box is easier to open than most boxes (I've broken finger nails and bruised many a finger with the button depression boxes, as well as hard to find a stick or knife blade to force them down when they get stiff or jammed.) But in a room of 30 people with no introduction to the box- most looked at it for a second before realizing they could just pull it open. Fairly easy to reset code too. Also I didn't check before ordering, the only way to fasten down this box is to screw it down through the back plate. This would be a great box for someone that wanted to leave a keybox screwed to a fence post/storage building/backdoor etc.

Great device
This is a relief for "exchanges" issue. Q&A * What is it for? This box is for secure stuff exchange between people. At least, it's safer than 'under the mat' or 'in mailbox' place:) * How does it work? Nail it to a hidden place, set a password and you're good to go * Is it break-proof? I would say if you smash it with a big hammer, you can get access to belongings, at least you can detach it from the wall. However, it is not a security deposit box and will handle small "stuff exchange" tasks * Is it waterproof? It has a black rubber cover, but I would not trust it too much for water-sensitive things during heavy rains or floods. * Would you recommend it? Yes, during my 36 years I occasionally have to leave "something for somebody" while out of home. * Anything else? In theory, this device can be attached to a hidden place in the house for keeping small secret things. Not a safe box, but since it's smaller, it can be hidden better.

Solid & Secure
Came home from a road trip only to find our garage door wouldn't open. Apparently one of the springs broke and we couldn't get it to budge. Since it is our main way into the house neither of us had a key for any of the doors. So I found this great little box. It seems very sturdy and well built and plenty large enough to hold keys and a garage remote. Installation was pretty straight forward and it came with all required fasteners. They even included 1 extra of each! The instructions on how to set the tumbler combination were well explained and simple. I am docked it 1 star on installation because there was no hole template. It would have been a nice addition but took less than 10 minutes from start to finish to install.

Convenient, sturdy, and easy to use
We have been looking for a convenient solution to storing a key in our front yard. We often have friends come take care of our house when we travel and it's hard to always make copies to give them. This box fits really nicely in our door frame. It's not extremely noticeable and looks sleek. The rubber cover pulls down very easily and the door opens well. The included instructions were very easy to follow to set with your own personalized 4-digit code. There is a small reset lever, so you can reset as often as you need. The space inside the box is pretty sizable and should be able to handle anything you need to put in. The box itself was pretty heavy for its size and felt really sturdy. It also comes with all the hardware necessary to mount, which is really convenient. Totally recommend.

Solid, Easy to Use - Great for Emergency Key!
~BACKGROUND~ We've been hiding a spare key just in case. You know the typical "under the mat", "under the flower pot" thing that people do. I haven't been comfortable with it so I considered a lock box. ~PROS~ - Easy to install. I am handy though, so some might have a little difficulty given it did not come with a template for drilling holes. - Mounting hardware included. - Easy to set combination - Easy to operate. I've worked with many lockboxes and some are just a bear to get open. - Nice weatherproof cover. ~CONS~ None so far. ~CONCLUSION~ I have this mounted in an easy access, but not so visible area of my home in case anyone get's locked out or the electronic door lock fails. Thumbs up for this product - exactly what I was looking for.

Ingenious design for a personal lock box
This lock box has a great design, and it's very smart of them to attach a plastic cover that essentially limits oxidation and weather damage. The box itself is great for small personal and valuable items. The usual manual is actually harder to understand than your own intuition, so believe in yourself on this! The factory settings are automatically unlocked at 0-0-0-0. From the unlock position, you press on the little reset lever button guiding it to where it shows the arrow sign for reset. Then, you set your own combination, and it'll automatically lock it to that combo. As for sturdiness, it is hard as a rock, and there's no openings to exploit if you mount it (screws included). If you don't mount it, the worst they can do is put water inside if they can access the backside, and that doesn't even affect the device itself because no electricity is required, so in theory it could last you forever.

Sturdy, easy to use, and way better than putting the key under the welcome mat!
If you're currently hiding a key outside and it's not in a locked box, you're setting yourself up to be easily burgled. This outdoor key lock box is great. It's super easy to use with clear instructions included. The construction quality is solid and it's also really easy to install. Resetting the password is easy as well. If you've been hiding a key outside under a rock or your welcome mat, please buy this. For the minimal cost of this lock box, you can prevent a potential burglar from finding your key in your super obvious hiding place. I know, you think no burglar is smart enough to check under your welcome mat or look under that rock next to your flowers, but really, you're just fooling yourself and playing a losing game against people who specialize in this stuff. This thing is super affordable and easy to use; just buy it and take the few minutes to install it somewhere safe.

Happy
My husband and I travel frequently, sometimes weeks at a time, but we have 4 indoor cats. While we are away, we always ask our friends to come by to feed and check on the cats, so, a lockbox is a necessity at our house. We bought this one to replace the lockbox that we’ve been using for years and was rusting. What I like about this lockbox is that 1) it’s large enough to fit multiple keys, even my bulky spare car key, and 2) it comes with the rubber cover to protect the box from the weather. Because of the price, I wasn’t expecting such high quality, but this box is very sturdy, and the rubber cover (which is also sturdy and not flimsy) should help make it last for years. I am very happy with the purchase.

Spacious and solid
So much storage space in this lockbox, which is perfect for what we need. We travel a lot and will have friends looking after our house while we are gone. I usually leave the fob and house key in this lockbox and there's still plenty of room for more stuff. I liked the rubber/silicone cover that protects it from the weather element and made the box look more discreet. The build is solid and heavy, so I'd imagine that if someone decides to break into it, it'll take a lot more effort to do so. This box feels so much safer than leaving the key under a rock or cushion somewhere. We did initially wanted to get something that is digital but after considering that it might be easier to break into due to advance technology, we figured we'd want to go old school on this. It seemed that we have made the right choice because this is a solid product. It's easy to use and secure enough that we feel at ease when we go on our travel.
