The old style stopper with air pump (last picture) was great if you got a bottle that wasn't standard size. But that has always been few and far between. Plus, so much would stick up, that I couldn't fit the bottle back in the fridge door any longer. + With this one -- after pushing the button to get rid of the air -- it is flat enough I can fit the bottle back in my fridge!! This is a huge win for me! + I can even lay the bottles flat as I don't see any leaking from a full bottle...no leaking at all. + Easy to clean. Nothing to disassemble. + Date of what day of the month you inserted this stopper. This can be helpful if you opened multiple bottles and want to know which is which. + Taking it back off the bottle is very easy twisting/turning. > My only complaint is how does it stay on and not leak when it is soooo easy to take off/on? I'll still store my bottles standing up, just for the peace of mind. OVERALL: Very happy with this product and I've since removed the older style from my kitchen.

They are very easy to operate and they seal the bottle well. We generally take three days to finish off a 750 ml bottle of wine. I used to use the cork to re-seal them but it was sometimes tough to get them back in and out again. Plus, as we used the bottle up the amount of oxygen inside increased. These stoppers slip easily over the top of the bottle and with a few quick and easy pumps the excess air is removed from the bottle. I keep the open bottles in the refrigerator on their sides. There has been no leakage whatsoever from the sealed stopper. It comes off easily with a quick rock and twist. They are also fairly low profile so they don't take up excess space in the refrigerator. For such a reasonable price, they are well worth having.

These wine stoppers are easy to use and keep the wine tasting fresh than other stoppers I’ve had in the past. Having this wine stopper gives me the advantage of not needing a cork to seal the bottle anymore and acts as a vacuum. The product extracts air out can make a seal work perfectly. It is especially great with champagne and red wines that take me three days to finish. It kept the champagne bubbles and the sharpness of the red wines, no need to worry the rest will get flat. Only push four or five times then the wine bottle can be totally sealed . I also tried to put the wine in the fridge , it didn’t leak as advertised . It’s a GREAT product for wine lovers like me(great news is no need hesitate before opening a wine bottle anymore .LOL. )

We've already used this a few times. We love wine but not a full bottle at a time. So this has come into play for us on more than one occasion. It not only seals well but also can get the air out .I think it even works better than the traditional stopper for its vacuum features, everyone should have one in future . I have also found it easy to use (and I have a bit of arthritis in my hands.) It will probably stay in use all the time in our home. Haven't tried it in the fridge as we are mostly red wine drinkers. I think it would make a nice addition to a New Home basket.

It's an amazing stopper . What's good: 1.Just like the product description , it does the Vacuum job so great ! The seller didn't lie . I pushed the button down several times to extract air out of the bottle as it guides, then when i removed the stopper gently, i heard a sound like ‘Pong--!’ which proves to be the real vacuum effect ! For that , with no doubt , your wine or champagne can be kept fresh for a longer time . 2.This is super easy, and fits our champagne and wine bottles. If you have a bottle you want to save overnight, you put this on top of it, push the button down several times and it's sealed! Every one can do the simple job to extract air . And I find that it keeps champagne bubbly for a day or two, and wine still tastes fresh the next day. (I did't test longer time , but i think it can do a great job as well ) 3.It comes in great packing . Actually , I didn't expect to get a such nice thing with cheap price . Whether it's packaging, materials, or effects, it's all beyond my imagination. Great product you need .

As u see , it has a nice packing . Small and pretty. Good for gift.

I like my new stoppers because there is only a single piece to do the job. The old stopper we used needed both the rubber stopper and the pump. It's smaller and works very well.

What do you do when there is more champagne than you and your friends can finish? In the past it is drink more than you want to or pour it down the drain (so sad). This champagne stopper solves that problem. Simply put this stopper onto the bottle opening and push the button several times . It is simple, no extra tools required .And obviously , it did its vacuum job well after push 3-5 times . We intended to finish the champagne the next day or maybe the day after but circumstances dictated that it would be 5 days before we had the chance. I was pretty sure that was asking too much ofthis stopper but I was wrong. The champagne was just as bubbly as the day we opened it and tasted just as good. I am very pleased to find a product that solved this dilemma. Moreover,I see other products have the problem of caming apart , I am very happy, the quality of this wine stopper is very good(tried a dozen times ,still worked well) .If it can't work with your bottle , maybe just because your size is special , no worry , there is always a bottle needed , because it applies all standard sizes as we tested .

Great product.Awesome addition for any champagne lover!I bought one of These hoping it would work for those time when we open a bottle but I drink it slowly. It is so Great and do yourself a favor and buy one

This is a nice accessory to have around if, like me, you don't finish off the entire bottle of wine at once. Great gift for anyone who likes wine, too. This gadget works on the same principle as the Vacu-Vin but is even easier to use and is in one piece rather than having two components. Just put the stopper on top of the bottle and press the button until it stops rising, indicating the air that causes the wine to oxidize has been vacuumed out of the bottle. I've only tried this overnight so I can't speak to longer-term effectiveness, but for overnight it works very well. The wine tastes the same on the next day as it did right after opening (I also store the wine in the fridge after putting on the stopper, even for reds). As for storing over longer periods - be aware that as soon as you open the bottle, the wine begins to interact with oxygen so even if you stopper it right away it has already had some exposure. Also, if you pour the wine into a glass, have your fill and then stopper whatever is left, the wine has had that amount of exposure so it depends on how long you have left the bottle open. And, if you drink the wine over several days then every time you take off the stopper and pour some into your glass there is more oxygen interaction. The stopper works very well to vacuum out the oxygen but it can't do anything about what has already interacted with the wine so personally I wouldn't advise keeping wine stoppered for a long time. But for the short term, this gadget is great, and at a really reasonable price, too. It feels solid as well. No cheap construction here.
