Filled in the chips on my windshield, easy to use.

Pleasantly surprised and easy to use! Less than 2 years ago, I replaced my windshield because of a crack that ran into my line of sight. Not cheap but the quality of the replacement windshield has not been that great. I had several little chips, one of which was starting to grow. I don’t live near a glass repair shop and decided to give this product a shot. Glad I did! It filled the chips in and I can’t see them! The instructions were easy to follow, which is not a common thing these days. Looking forward to trying their scratch removal product. If it works as well as this product did I will be glad to buy from this vendor again.

I never did a chip on my car before and didn't want to pay $80 for someone else to repair something I could do myself. The instructions were easy to understand and replicate on the window. The suction cups worked well and the system itself was a great value for my Amazon pricing. The only problem that I had with my chip that was not related to the system is a spider crack 1 mm that I was not able to get. I was able to heat the inside of the window 5 sec with a lighter and it pulled the glue to the crack and it fixed the crack beautifully.

Had a small rock chip with the beginnings of a split in progress, about 1cm total length of crack. It hasn't budged since I applied the product a couple weeks ago. Life changing because it's so hard to find time for the rock chip guys, but replacing windshields for a split gets old, fast. Hopefully this stuff stands the test of time!

That stuff is amazing

That product works so well to cover 90% of the chip and crack on my car window. It exceeded my expectation. It is very easy to use, but in the instruction saying to wait for 4-6 minutes, I did extend to 11 minutes. and it turned out to be beautiful. No crack lines.

Just remember to not apply too much pressure

Got the job done, the chip is nearly invisible and has so far stopped any cracks from appearing. Be careful not to screw the device down too far or you will risk growing cracks.

Very good filler resin,

I have used many windshield repair kits in the past, I must say I am very impressed with this one! I used it to fill in a badly chipped spot on my windshield.. for this purpose, the quality of the filler resin is very important.. This kit came with a resin bottle that can be resealed for multiple use and 5-6 curing tabs/film (very thin, but it gets the job done). My repair was straight forward, I applied the resin, covered it with the curing strip and parked under the sun (UV) for about 10min, after, I cleaned up the dried up resin with the included razor blade... I must say I am happy with the result, the resin cured very hard, much harder than those you can get from the auto part stores. (Hint: DON'T USE TOO MUCH OF IT)... because the resin cured very hard, if you use too much of it, it will take additional effort to clean it off with the blade!

Easy to use and worth the money

Product was very easy to use. It's made of sturdy plastic with a metal insert. Suction cups are easily adjusted and have hold the assembly in place very well. Instructions were clearly written and illustrated in the manual. On my windshield the chip was close to the bottom edge, which made checking that chamber opening was positioned correctly a bit hard. For that you need to look from inside of the car, and it's hard to do if the chip is close to the dash. So I used a small mirror to get a better view. I think I overdid it with the amount of resin for the small bullseye chip I had in my windshield so a bunch of it spilled out of the chamber, but clean up was easy. After 20 minutes if curing in the sun the chip was no longer visible.
