I found a healthy way to cook
The 6qt electric pressure is somewhat easy to use after reading the manual. I've made dinner in it about 5 times. Chicken wings, soups, a roast for pulled pork. Veggies cook so fast..so I just need to get used to how to use it. It's great though and I've read a lot about how pressure cooking is a very healthy way to cook because it maintains most of the nutrients and minerals.

Love this Pressure Cooker!
I love pressure cooking, Hence, my purchase of the Geek Chef, and I could NOT be happier. This thing has worked flawlessly each time I've used it, and I've been amazed at all of the dishes I've been able to create from it. You simply put in what you want to cook (make sure there is liquid as well), lock the top, select the function and set a time, temp.(if you use sauté and sous vide )and go. You can even cook the entire dish in one pot, thanks to the ability to actually pre-cook your food inside the pressure cooker itself.

Great kitchen tool
One of my favorite small appliances in my kitchen, used almost daily. Relatively easy to clean. I mostly use the soup function and tweak it manually because this is not my first electronic pressure cooker and I know how to adjust the time for my needs. Anyway, the Instant Pot is a fantastic appliance for busy lifestyle and healthy, delicious and quickly prepared food at home.

Very good product
What this pot most surprised me is its 11 in 1 multifunction, which is so amazing and I can do almost what I want of cooking. My friends recommended this cooker for me. It's a new brand one but performances really good! I have already used it to bake some meat. It came out perfect in a short time and I received a lot of compliments from my family. The lid is also very easy to clean because it's detachable. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Perfect cooker
This is a 6 quart electric pressure cooker that comes with a steam rack, a soup spoon, a rice spoon, and a measuring cup. When I came across this 11 in 1 pressure cooker I was very intrigued. I was intrigued that it was not only a pressurized cooker but a slow cooker, rice cooker, sours vide and had 11 different functions I could choose from. I was a little skeptical on the performance however this cooker exceeded my expectations.

Well made"instant" pressure cooker
Sturdy and well made with a bunch of great settings. I bought this because it had a few functions that I really desired specifically, "souls vide" function. There are limited manual functions , being that you would have to choose a preset function and adjust accordingly if a recipe uses a manual set up for cooking. It also has a sauté function that is really nice to brown meat or soften onions etc. and if you are looking at an elite cooker, The Geekchef is a much better- made pot,all the metallic surfaces are actually stainless steel, not plastic that looks like steel on the elite xl pots.

It's a nice product
It's a nice product, with a good interface and seems like it's well constructed. But if you've never used a pressure cooker before, you might be surprised by how long it actually takes to cook something. In addition to prep and cook time, add a good 15 minutes or so for the thing to pressurize, then another 15 at least for it to depressurize if you don't use the venting valve.

Excited about this multi cooker
love it. I purchased this one as a gift. I now have given all of my family one of these pressure cookers and everyone just loves it! If you want to cook great meals in a very short time this is for you! I don't have to get up early to get everything ready for an evening meal. I can now wait until I get home from work to get started and have a fabulous meal for dinner!

I am satisfied with it.
I haven't used all the functions yet, but I am finding this to be better than what I expected. The "saute" function, which I tried to use before pressure cooking some meat, it heats evenly accomplish a good browning. The slow-cooker is effective. I can increase the temp. and it cooks fast but the food tastes the same as used slow cook. The pressure cooker does work okay. I am satisfied with it.

Unbelievable multi cooker
So far, and I have only used this pot several times, I love it. I made ribs, chickpeas for hummus and rice pudding. I like everything about it. It is fast and everything that is as described. the ribs were unbelievable and in just 30 minutes or so. I feel that it is going to be one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. I never had made chickpeas before but did not want to use canned for hummus. they were fantastic and my hummus was so smooth and creamy.
