easy to use

this microscope is much easier to use than the old optical ones. I don't need to make very thin slice to watch things, the LED is bright enough to watch the surface. right now, it can connect to computer. hope they can develop some app to connect it to ipad for watch or take video

It’s easy to use it

This microscope is made from light weight plastic,it isn’t very heavy and right size,i like this digital microscope better than traditional microscope, it’s easy look as we see , i use for look my electric logic board.

Not fancy but useful

This is an easy-using microscope with a reasonable price. Though it cannot compare the fancy microscopes in my lab which is more than 3000bucks, I can now have a lil'lab at home. See all those beautiful bugs, I'm so happy!

Powerful Digital Microscope

I am impressed with the capability of this scope. I can easily see what is on the circuit board. With this microscope I can easily solder the 0402/0603 SMT devices and fix my Samsung fridge display panel. This exceeded my expectations. I was expecting low resolution screen and slideshow frame-rates but instead was pleasantly greeted with a high resolution picture and a nice responsive video feed. It is really better than expected for the price.

Kids will love how easy it is.

Great for what it's design for. The kids are still learning to use it and how to save pics. Don't let the flimsy look out of the box fool you. It was easy to put together and handles well. I was impressed with the quality of the video screen and how clear the pictures are. It's a great start for kids.

easy and useful

the Digital microscope is very simple to use, I bought it for Interests and hobbies. it is really easy to assemble and use. and I can use it to take picture or Record video.

Great tool..

I finally broke down and bought a microscope after inadvertently wiping the serial number off a microchip while scrubbing at conformal covering over a PCB - that serial is just painted on and my 99.9% isopropyl wiped it right out like BAM! The polymer coating didn't even slow it down. All my other magnifiers are less-than perfect in best cases, and just plain useless here. I knew there had to be microns of paint left but I needed more magnification. I still didn't expect to get better than a vague idea of what the printed characters might have been with any grade microscope. This thing exceeded my expectations in the first 10 seconds of use. Unlike another microscope I have (a little handheld deal), this magnifies clear down to 10x - typically when it says "micro" on it the thing wants to start at 60x or 100x. I read it in the product promo material and honestly didn't believe it'd go that low - figured it had to be a mistake. Between a legitimate 10x magnification, an absolutely phenomenal LED lighting package (that floods the item directly under the lens with white light), and an adjustable material-bench, I was able to get a crystal clear image of the otherwise scattered flecks of paint left on the IC in question. I believe the built-in lighting package helped immensely - I seriously get an enhanced image that's as clear as it would have been when the paint was fresh. The LCD display quality is unbelievable too.

Good microscope

Used this to get very close looks at printed circuit boards, bugs, and just about everything you need to see up close. I was thinking it wasn't going to be much, but it really magnifies well. The mount is kinda weak...It is a sticky material that sticks petty good to our cutting board. But, it does pop loose just when you are getting into the job at hand. The mount could be improved.

Easy to set up and worth the money

I liked how this was fairly easy to set up. It had some premade slides of "bee wings" and "berry woolen". You can adjust the height of the arm, adjust the brightness of the lights and magnify the organisms too. It comes with cloth to wipe the lens when it is dirty. I got this as a gift for my cousin since she wants to be a scientist and she loves it! I just gotta warn that you will need a micro SD card if you want to record and take pictures of the organisms and the screen is not touch screen.

Nearly professional images quality

I bought it for my daughter who is 6 years old and I hope I could buy it earlier. The quality is well worth the price. The lens and screen is alright. I am not sure how ling the battery could last since I charged it only once and we had play it for about two weeks already. It seems the magnification zoom is fixed and good enough to " wha~" the kids. It has self illuminating and adjustable. I am very satisfied with the image. I used it to magnify the small parts and the skin texture. It works very well. A well worth investment.
