I
I cannot believe how good this speaker sounds. I have tried SO many speakers before this one but this speaker is in a class all it's own. This speaker is EVERYTHING I was looking for. It gets Very loud without distortion. I have only turned it all the way up once just to see how loud it gets. I've never needed to after that, highest I go is 75% but usually lower than that. By far the loudest speaker I've ever owned *absolutely DESTROYS the G-Boom for loudness. The clarity this speaker produces is what sealed the deal for me. I just couldn't believe a Bluetooth speaker could sound this good. It hits the his mods and lows effortlessly. It even gets down into the sub bass range. I can actually hear the base line on the tracks I listen to now, nothing is lost.*base is present but not at the expense of mids and highs* I put this speaker across the room and play it, you won't believe how much detail this speaker gets out. I am hearing things on songs I didn't even pick up when wearing ear buds. Closing your eyes could fool you into thinking you're at a live show. It may sound like I'm exaggerating but this has been my experience. Other speakers I've tried: Bose sounds link mini: Decent sound but a little to muddled, and it doesn't get loud at all. But it's very portable. It's much to expensive for what you get. Not to impressed overall. Sharkk Boombox: Actually the first speaker I ever bought and still have it. It gets decently loud but distorts above 80% volume. It was $40 when I bought it. I feel I got what I paid for. G- Project G-Boom: Man what a let down. I was really duped by the reviews on this one. I was just looking for a loud speaker at this point, didn't really care what it looked like. Be warned, THIS SPEAKER IS NOT LOUD AT ALL. It was only about maybe 15-20% louder than the Sharkk. Only thing this speaker really excelled at was sub-base. Sounds quality was a little above average but with the unwieldy size of this thing you'd think it would be better. Enough on this speaker. Soundblaster Roar: This is a nice speaker and ultra portable. It actually got about 10-15% louder than the G-Boom. Almost no distortion until turned up over 85. Had good sound separation as well. Only downfall was this things base reproduction was below average. I'm not gonna say it was poor but it's close. It also played really good quality at low volumes and was small enough to take to the office. It had a quark of not playing as loud as it could if it wasn't plugged in. Kinda annoying but I was happy with the purchase. The charging cable broke and I wasn't able to easily find a replacement. It was a blessing in disguise because it lead me to the Klipsh. I've had other speakers but I've been rambling to long already. On to pros and cons. Pros: Volume is easily the loudest and clearest speaker by far I've tested. Also it doesn't suffer in volume like many other speakers I've tested when it isn't plugged in. Very good news. Sound Quality: Off the charts. Nothing is lost in the music. Even at lowest volume, this speakers sub base shakes the water on my desk. I honestly think it's the work of magic to get such great sound from a box this size. Battery Life: I play this thing all day at work and never ran the battery down. So a charge will last 10 hours of play back no problem. It does have Aggressive power management though which can be a chore to deal with* more on that later*. Portability: Kind of a push. I mean, it is a portable speaker but it weighs about 6 pounds. There's no easy way to hold it other than just picking it up. Also I haven't found a carrying case to alleviate the portability issue. Cons: Controls: I don't know what they were thinking with this. Everything is touch controls with No tactile feed back. There are two power buttons on it as well, or so it seems. The touch power button is actually the sleep button/stand by button *the real power button is the physical switch on the back*. It also does double duty as a pause play button when listening on Bluetooth. The touch controls on the top also make it harder to handle without accidentally activating on of the buttons. Power Management: When using the battery, this speaker will go to sleep and disconnect Bluetooth if no music is played for about 5 minutes so you can forget using it as an alarm clock unless you keep it plugged in all night. Like I said earlier, it looks powered off but it really isn't. You can attempt to connect to it in this state and it will wake up and reconnect the Bluetooth for further playback. But, no music for 5 minutes, it disconnects and goes into stand by. It's not THAT annoying to me but it might be for others. All will be forgiven when you hear it though. Conclusion: The speaker has some quirks *nothings perfect* but once you listen to the sound it can produce you wont regret your purchase for one second.

Best Small Portable Speaker in its Class!
I've heard a lot of bluetooth speakers, both big and small. I've owned a few recently that I've since returned as well because they lacked a little something.. soundfreaq double spot and the jbl flip 2, both had great sound but lacked bass at high volumes. I wanted something below $200 dollars that played at a high volume and could hit the mids and emphasize the bass without diminishing the sound quality at highest volume. While the two I mentioned hold great sound quality, it lacked the bass. So I knew about Klipsch home theater systems and the reputation they hold so I know a bluetooth speaker would be a great buy..especially at its price point. The KMC 3 is originally what I wanted but the sacrifice of major portability forced me to buy the KMC 1. It definitely has the bass that lacked in other small speakers, but holds the mids and highs very well to compliment the sound quality. All in all, this is a great small speaker for portable use that will satisfy your needs.. although I like my music loud and may have to get the KMC 3 as well to substitute when I want to jam! Update: I still believe this is the best PORTABLE speaker under 200 bucks, period! I just purchased the KMC 3 and although it's not truly portable, semi, it's about as loud as you can possibly get without distortion at max volume. My friend has the Marshall Stanmore and at 200 watts that thing kicks.. this being 130 watts is almost as loud! The Klipsch kmc 3 is more in your face, live-loud, with better low end which for me is awesome! I now have my home party machine and my on the go speaker. Get both and have some fun!

Connectivity and sound
Awesome record player. Great connectivity and crystal clear voice experience. While the case is very strong, I found it heavy to be carried around all the time. It has a nice classy look that fits to my furniture’s color and decoration choice.

Great for a first time player
It was a little confusing and didn’t come with directions. Great sound and good for a first time player with a low price.

Perfect gift! She loves it and has built a collection of vynils
I bought this turntable for the holidays we are about to start the summer and she is loving it! Originally she started with one vinyl and now has over 200 in her collection. Sounds great, connects easily and plays also 45s. For those of you who might not know; 45s are the small vinyl which might have one song on each side or maybe two. Lightweight and portable to take to a vinyl store to test your purchase or take to a friend's home.

Be educated
I've been around the audio world for a while, and if one company knows how to make a good speaker it's Klipsch. Not a very well known brand, but every product I've ever owned from them has sounded great. The big issue others are having with "bass" is probably because you cannot expect passive radiators to put out sound unless it's against a wall or in a corner. Paul W. Klipsch (the founder) always said, every corner is a horn. That is true. Put it in a corner, you'll see a new side to any speaker. I've been VERY impressed by this speaker since I got it. Broke it in almost immediately. Bass is phenomenal for 2.5 inch drivers, but klipsch makes em good. Others saying treble is lacking, which makes me wonder how good of a phone they have and what kind of bit rate theyou have their music at? When it comes to sound quality, the source is just as important as the speaker. Please, run FLAC music files with this, you'll see why. Anyway, this speaker has withstood a lot of testing, and holds a charge for a long time. It can distort, but not without help from an eq. PROS: •Phenomenal sound quality, as per usual •Great battery life •Very Impressive sonic output •Jam packed with features •Sturdy, and very wellittle designed CONS: •The start up noise can get annoying If you know anything about speakers period, you'll know this is the best one on the market that doesn't break the bank. Don't expect a ghetto blaster, that's not what this thing is for. This speaker is built for amazing sound quality for the avid music enthusiast (audiophile). And it does a d*mn good job at it too.

Get out grandmas records!
A little confusing to turn on. Great sound and once you figure out the modes you can play any record.

HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking for a small BT speaker that can pack a serious punch!
I'm a very big home theater fan, but anyone that is like me knows you can't have huge house shaking home theater system everywhere in the house. After making a large investment on a Klipsch Reference Premier home theater system last month, I realized there was no way I could ever own speakers that weren't KIipsch. I usually like wired music systems because I feel they just sound better. But I wanted something that I could take with me on the go. When I do little projects around the house, or am out on the porch, or just in a room that isn't my man cave where the big system is. So I immediately looked up whether Klipsch made a Bluetooth speaker and was glad to see they did. I was in between the KMC1 and KMC3. Seeing as I just wanted something somewhat small and portable to use once in a while, I didn't go with the slightly larger KMC3. The KMC1 seemed to suffice. I'm happy I went with this one. It's not too small, not too big. But it packs a GREAT deal of power. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually adjust the bass, treble, or sound parameters...but that is somewhat expected with a Bluetooth speaker. But the way it sounds naturally will blow you away. I was very surprised how much of a punch this thing can provide. Very clean and crisp while also delivering deep bass from a very small unit. As I was with my Reference Premier system, I was quite blown away at the performance from Klipsch. They are the world's leading speaker manufacturer and they clearly back up that name with everything they make. I would HIGHLY recommend this and it's extremely cheap on Amazon compared to buying it directly from them on their site.

awesome Bluetooth speaker with a great feel to it!
I absolutely LOVE this speaker. I am a bluetooth speaker fanatic. I am always looking for the next bluetooth speaker i can buy with the best quality. I own several speakers but i knew klipsch produced quality. I got this overnight shipped while on vacation and it got there before I got there. Lol The speaker has excellent sound qualities. Awesome highs and great bass for a speaker of its size. Bluettoth range is good. Battery last a long time. Over 11 hours. You need to break this speaker in to really hear the quality but right out of the box it is amazing!!! I wanted to buy its bigger brother (kmc 3) but the lack of rechargeable battery really put me off on buying it. This speaker is better than other speakers higher in price in my opinion. This is the best bluetooth speaker I own. Might get another before they all sell out. I think klipsch should come out with another series of bluetooth speakers. I definitely recommend this speaker. Buy it! You wont regret it.

Great, compact setup for the price!
I remembered how much I enjoyed listening to vinyl records with my mom growing up, so I had been looking for a record player to listen to records with my son and hopefully grow his love of music. Being a new parent is a lot like being a college student- money is tight and you never have enough room. Thankfully, this record player is a great combination of cost and size with nice sound out of the box and several ways to connect into bigger speaker setups. We're very happy with the purchase so far!
