  • All of our orders ship overnight, so you can enjoy your meat product the very next day. The cutoff for next-day orders is 3pm EST. We only ship Monday through Thursday, so if you have an event over the weekend or on a Monday, make sure to plan accordingly!
  • Boneless Leg of Lamb (aka the BRT): The BRT is a boneless leg of lamb sourced from the hindquarters and known for its versatility and deep flavor.
  • Already rolled and tied, the BRT comes ready to be coated in herbs, then roasted in the oven or grilled to the perfect tenderness.
  • Grass-Fed Lamb: Sourced from Anderson Ranches in Oregon, our lamb is 100 percent grass-fed and pasture-raised in a Certified Human program.
