Excellent privacy especially for the $—nice alternative to real window coverings

Love it, easy to apply. Cut rough to size, use water to stick to window, razor-blade trim to size, peel back, add more water, squeegee out bubbles. Covered 8 transom windows and full double door sliding glass door. Can barely tell from the outside during the day (meaning all light transfers indoors, window appear dark from more than 5 foot away. At night, from outside you can tell glass is frosted. Unless a body is pushed up against the window, you can’t see inside. Possibly neighbors can see a moving shadow, but feel free to disrobe and feel free—nobody can see in. I’ve got a few minor bubbles I could likely smooth our—but if the wife doesn’t notice them, neither do I. Thrilled with amount of privacy/$. Did glass doors, 5 transforms, 1 full window, 10 6 x 12 panels adjacent to front door. Mostly without assistance, up on a ladder, finished in about 8 hours over two days, not rushing. Paired exceptionally well with 6-for-$14 paper shades—privacy for $100

Does the job WELL

I bought this after moving into a new neighborhood where the largest light-giving window I had, faced a popular dog-park and sidewalk. I wanted light and privacy and after having it for just a few days, I am in LOVE with the results. Before I was worried about how much people were seeing my living and office areas and now I can get light throughout the day without people looking in. At night, there are shadows that can be seen from the opposite side out onto the street but you can't make out detail and I like that.

See the daylight, but keep your privacy.

Good product. In my case, I applied it to a door and two windows where light was desired during the day while affording privacy day and night with no hassles. This product delivered. I am no expert, but I found installation easy. I actually went to the Home Depot and got the installation kit made by Gila and it worked great.

Very Pleased

Fast shipping, great customer service and great product. I have used this on my front door to block the clear spaces of my stained glass window. I have also used this on my bathroom window and my kitchen sink window. I plan to purchase more to put on my side door. The film was hard at times to remove, but besides that instillation was easy. It allows in some light, and shadows of figures could be seen but no details (I provided photos with day and night view of the bottom half of the window with film). I have hopes that the product will do well in the summer and winter. So far no problems.

Blocks Visuals

This stuff is Disturbingly vision blocking. It takes a little getting used to it on the previously clear window. Installation was easybut took some time measuring and measuring again before we cut it for our tall, odd shaped window. Perfect solution for an area we wanted natural light but no peeping thru!

Great Quality

This film is great quality and looks great! Works perfectly for letting daylight in in ground floor rooms while keeping privacy. I live in a ranch home and haven’t lowered my blinds since installing.

Works as expected

Overall worked better than I imagined. This was my first time trying this type of window covering. All went well enough. A few of the corners didn't look quite right, but it all went well enough.

Amazing

Buy this. It’s amazing. Do not buy the trash from Home Depot or wherever. Easy easy install and removal without all that glue residue, weird lumps and impossible placement like some kind of diabolical large scale cell phone screen protector.

Easy to install and provides the privacy I wanted

Great for sliding glass door privacy

I used this for some extra privacy at our apartment on the sliding glass doors. It actually seems a bit brighter than before! I did not buy a kit to install, but realized that you definitely want to spray well underneath while you install. It makes it much more smooth and made all the difference. Great product! With mistakes it took 20 mins to install.
