Amazing flavor. I used to buy Birch Benders paleo mix but this one tastes even better and has half the net carbs. Pancakes are light and fluffy, and really taste like pancakes. Will definitely reorder.

Let's face it: it's hard to beat the buttermilk pancake and every day waffle recipes in the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. But they're off the table for those of us who follow a low carb diet. I've tried several other low carb recipes, never more than once. This Birch Benders keto mix is clearly best in class. Brown nicely on griddle; hearty flavor. They freeze and reheat well. Pancakes are a bit fragile and not so fluffy without gluten to create structure. So it's a compromise, but a very good one. Try them!

These are great! They don't taste exactly like regular pancakes but for a Keto alternative I was really happy! I did end up putting just a little more water in them than the recipe suggested so they would spread easier on the skillet. My 3 year old son, who is literally the pickiest eater ever, gobbled them up without syrup. And I feel better feeding them to my family knowing they don't have all of the fillers and preservatives.

These are great not only for breakfast but for lunch or dinner as well. I top them with sugar free syrup and keto friendly fruits.

I love these pancakes! Macros fit perfectly into a Keto diet.

When I went Keto/super low-carb months ago (I'm also gluten intolerant) I thought that pancakes were a thing of the past for me. Then I discovered Birch Benders' products and was amazed to find a Keto pancake mix! It is super easy to use, just add water, and they come out super airy and light so you'll never have that heavy, "I just ate a boat anchor" feeling that regular pancake mixes give you. I like to add cinnamon and a touch of vanilla extract which makes them even more tasty. Highly recommend if you are Keto and are missing pancake goodness!

I buy a lot from Amazon and I rarely review anything, but this pancake mix was just so good, I had to review it. I've been on a Keto diet for 6 weeks now. I measure my glucose and blood ketones every morning. The pancakes I made including some sugar-free syrup had no negative effect on my ketosis. And the pancakes were so easy to make. Just add water and whisk for a bit. My girlfriend who is not on a Keto diet thought they tasted fine. I would say they're 90% as good as any normal pancakes. Yes, they are a little gritty, but that's probably just the almond flour, which is fine with me, because frankly, I'm just grateful to be able to eat pancakes on a Keto diet! Only negative I can think of is that they tend to fall apart when transferring from one plate to another if you use a fork instead of a spatula. It's not that big a deal though.

If you're on a low carb diet and craving pancakes, these are wonderful. I added butter and sugar free syrup and was extremely satisfied. Like most low carb options, it's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it if you don't have time to make from scratch!

These are easy to make and taste delicious. I would make my own mix with almond flour, eggs, heavy cream, etc. it just took too long and too much hassle. These mixes are amazing.

This is the first time I cooked a keto pancake that I LOVED! It cooked just like the real thing. I added vanilla extract, a sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon with a splash of Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup. They fried up perfectly in butter. I enjoyed them with Choc Zero syrup in the Maple Vanilla flavor 😋 I’ll be trying the waffles next, stay tuned
