Good value. Fermented my first sauerkraut and it worked as needed. Don't need to burp, and no oxidation or unwanted growth. I drilled first hole to diameter as recommended, but grommet once fitted was a little loose for my liking, so I drilled others a little smaller, and the grommet fits snugly. Be sure to drill pilot hole as recommended; otherwise, the lid will crack.
