Replaced heater

After getting a replacement heater from the seller, I finally got around to using it again. First I tried drying 3 carpets on slow mode for 2 hours. They were still damp, so I upped it to fast mode for 1 hour. Two of them dried completely. The rubber back of the biggest carpet took another 35 minutes to dry completely. Great customer service!

Very good and effective investment.

This product is super-unique, to have! Now, I don't have to go to the cleaners for my fine washables. It does take some time to get done but, it gets it done very well. Just one suggestion though, don't put more than 10 items in at a time and don't block the air flow, either.

Great for my small room and apartment

Quality is excellent. Easy to install. It comes with a pair of gloves. By reading the instruction, I spent less than 15 mins to put it all together. The height and the room are perfect. It fits all my jackets. It takes less than an hour to dry my t-shirt. I fold it and place it behind the door. Humm, I would say, I'm satisfied & I recommend.

Great product, dont hesitate, would buy again!

This is an amazing product and is simple, efficient, and easy-to-use. What an elegant solution to the inability to have a vented clothes dryer! Hand washables dry perfectly. The ozone helps clothes come out smelling great every time. It handles quite a bit in one batch. The assembly is easy and it even comes with gloves to protect your hands, and extra parts to prevent problems in future. The remote control works and is very handy. Paid for itself quickly and with no noticeable bump at all in the electric bill. It is a wonderful thing to be able to put clothes on hangers in this wardrobe dryer, set a timer, go to sleep, and wake up with clothes that are not only dry but are not wrinkled and ready to be worn or placed in a closet!

Works like a charm

We cannot have a traditional dryer in our loft. Instead of investing in a ventless dryer or making trips to the laundromat we decided to give the portal dryer a try. At first our clothes had an unusual smell. These was easily remedied by adding some swatches of cloth with essential oil. All better. Then I had to learn how to place clothes for the most efficient level of dryness. I learned smaller loads are better. Old fashioned clothes pins with hangers are a must. After a month I have it down and am in love with our portable dryer. I miss my traditional dryer for bulkier items (towels, sheets, blankets), other than that a huge win!

Great customer service. OK product

I rarely give 5 stars to any product. Nothing is really perfect, after all. And if I'm totally honest, this product isn't perfect either. Plus I've only been using it for a couple of days... so why the high rankings? Because I have never received such GREAT customer service in my life. The start wasn't so promising. The product arrived at my house and I assembled it according to the instructions (which were clear and easy to follow) but then found out the heater unit does not work. At all. I've tried different things, like taking it out of the plug, waiting, plugging in again, switching remote controls (there were two in the box!)... nothing worked So I wrote the company, KasyDoff, through Amazon. At this point, I should mention that I live in Israel, and that our power grid here is 220v and not 110v like in the States. I used the heater with a voltage transformer (which is working perfectly with other appliances in my home). The guys from KasyDoff answered within a few hours, and once they saw that the order was sent to Israel, they wrote that they will send another heater, suitable for 220v. Which they did! And it arrived REALLY fast. Don't know if they've sent it with fast shipping or just got lucky, but it was here within a couple of days. Normally it would take at least 10. They could have blamed me for the damage (which wouldn't be true, but I've had this experience with other companies, including high end brands...) They could have blamed the courier service. They could have said their warranty doesn't cover Israel, or asked me to pay for delivery, or... They did NON of that. They just sent another heater, straight away, no questions asked. So how's the dryer, you ask? It's cool (I mean, warm, I guess), but not perfect. The construction is a bit wobbly, but I guess it would last a couple of years. The cover has cute bears on it, which made my daughters fall in love with the dryer and ask that it would be placed in their room. The heater is easy to use, and relatively quiet. It gets warm, but not hot. The remotes (I have 3 now) are of poor quality and need to be aimed in very specific angles to work. But the whole operation is 3 button clicks, and you have to be there to hang the clothes anyway, so unless you have movement limitations, crunching down to the heater unit probably won't matter too much. It took me about two hours to dry 6 pairs of Jeans and a bunch of socks. Longer than it would take in a tumble dryer, but WAY shorter than line drying them (especially at winter). And, since the clothes are hanged to dry, they come out almost as if ironed, and are ready to go straight to the closet. You can't dry a whole load of laundry at once (unless you have a very small laundry machine). So if you need a lot of drying in a hurry, this isn't for you. But if you're OK with letting some of the clothes hang to dry while the more urgent ones go to the dryer, this one is excellent. Plus, it's foldable, so when you don't need it (e.g. summer time) it frees up some more space.

Super awesome!

Super awesome bought a portable washer to go with it and a hanger clothes pin thing and I’m set now. Easy to assemble. The clothes pin hanger thing is super awesome for socks undies legging etc. to dry well. I put some fabric sheets in there to make clothes smell good and since the clothes get hung up they come out wrinkle free.

IT WORKS!

Don't hesitate to buy this. Once you get it together (somewhat confusing at one point, but, did it), it works beautifully! My heavy fleece long pants are soft and dry. Had to use two cycles of 60 min., but, I'm learning how to set up the clothes better so they dry better/quicker. It's a learning event. What a great dryer though! Clothes are soft and unwrinkled. Love it! IT'S SOOO QUIET!! Love it
